I dont think this is the right location. In this video of all the search cars and her car it does not look the same. Also, she was driving on the shoulder for at least 200-300 feet before she stopped which is not possible on the overpass.

Carlee's car stopped at mile marker 11.4. The ALDOT camera was near marker 11.7, we see her car enter the frame with blinking lights near marker 11.7 and travel roughly 3/10th's of a mile, over 1500 ft before coming to a stop near marker 11.4.
