Today, for the first time, we mark the Day of the Unmanned Systems Forces, and from now on, each year, June 11 will be a day of our gratitude to the warriors of the Unmanned Systems Forces. Modern warfare can no longer be imagined without drones, and Ukrainian unmanned systems are operating successfully at different levels: from carrying out missions on the frontline to striking important enemy facilities hundreds of kilometers deep inside its territory. All of this is being documented, and it is thanks to the precision and skill of our operators that Russia’s losses have long exceeded 30,000 killed and wounded per month. I thank each and every person serving in the Unmanned Systems Forces, developing Ukrainian technologies, and working for the sake of our advantage on the battlefield. Thank you to everyone who is working to reduce Russia’s capabilities and strengthen our security.

China's new high-altitude, high-speed, long-endurance unmanned aerial vehicle Caihong-7 (CH-7) has successfully completed its maiden flight. The aircraft previously made a public appearance at the 15th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition in 2024. According to French military outlet Forum Militaire, Ankara has opened negotiations with Italy to purchase and jointly produce the SAMP/T air defense system as part of its growing “Steel Dome” architecture. The move comes after recent Middle East attacks triggered what officials describe as a strategic wake up call. Turkey wants to reduce dependence on allied defense umbrellas and build a reliable multi layered air defense network of its own. The Franco Italian SAMP/T system could become a key pillar of Turkey’s defense shield until indigenous systems fully mature.

Space Perspective has successfully completed a historic flight demonstration of Spaceship Neptune-Excelsior, the fully-operational test vehicle that will take Explorers to space. Around sunrise on Sunday, it launched from the deck of Marine Spaceport (MS) Voyager, propelled by our SpaceBalloon™ to ~100,000 feet (~30 km). Over the course of several hours, our engineering teams monitored and controlled the capsule, eventually bringing it down through a controlled descent and splashdown. This flight tested a multitude of systems, including launch & ascent through our patented launch system aboard MS Voyager, cabin pressure and stability at peak altitude aboard the capsule, our Environmental Control and Life Support systems, and all aspects of our SpaceBalloon™, including the material performance and our patent pending venting mechanisms. We also tested capsule communications with Mission Control and Voyager. While these are just a few of the many complex systems, the entire flight profile was successfully executed and all systems operated nominally. Russia promised India that it would deliver two more S-400 air defense systems. Russia and India signed a contract for almost $5,5 billion in 2018 for Russia to deliver five systems by the end of 2023. The first three systems have been delivered, but the delivery of the remaining two has been delayed by Russia's war against Ukraine. Now Russia promises to deliver one S-400 system in 2026, and the next one in 2027. It is reported that the S-400 system was used during the operation against Pakistan.
