Mitch Johnson was asked why it was so difficult for Victor Wembanyama to get involved offensively in the first half, and what changed in the second half: "We've had that conversation before, and I understand the discourse around it. I think it's a little bit of all of it. I have to make sure that there's environments that the ball finds him. I think he's got to make sure that he can't rely on that to get shots, as well. There were times, I think, when he was open on rolls or around the paint and his teammates got to get him the ball. I think it's a combination of all that. Four shots in a half on this stage is not acceptable."

Last week Sanchez got a touch on the ball but it was still a red card and foul. We get consistently robbed by the PGMOL. Also when they said it didn’t matter that Saliba got a touch on the ball but it was still a penalty when we played Brighton. Disgrace!!

Thoughts on the final play: 1. Alijah Martin and Will Richard were elite on this play. Great ball pressure and made Uzan/Cryer catch the ball way deeper than they wanted. 2. Sharp was open. Clayton got caught sleeping. He was ready for the pass but Cryer couldn't get it there quick enough bc of Richard's length 3. Great recovery from Clayton to contest. Sharp did have time to shot fake and take a dribble. But I don' think he saw Clayton until he had already started to elevate for the shot

The Rockets have the same problem almost every time they LOSE! THEY NEED A POINT GUARD!!! This loss ain’t Tari Eason Fault at ALL 😐 Here’s what i think Happened on that last Play - You got 1v1 W/ KD & Demar - Demar Drives into the paint and KD has him at the basket - Demar is about to shoot the ball and at the LAST SECOND he throws it out - Dennis Makes a 3 to go head Ball game, was it a mistake by Eason? Sure! In hindsight, but in the moment i feel like going a rebound is justified.
