This is going to be a LONG post so please bare with me Today is my 20th birthday 🎉! I can’t Thank God enough for blessing me in the ways he has in the last six months. This is the first and probably not last birthday that I won’t really be celebrating. I am working today and have to meal prep. I went to the gym this morning which was some much needed therapy. So this will be my celebration. I am making this post celebrating all the important friends in my life who have changed it for the best. Mike I have known you for just over 2 years now and you have been around for some of my best moments and my worst moments. From helping me build out my first AR to watching you work your ASS off to build 2 amazing companies that won’t be going anywhere anytime soon with someone like you as a leader for them. Thank you for being there for me and encouraging me last year when I would send you dry fire videos. You don’t know it but I was going through one of the hardest seasons of my life and the encouragement you gave me ment the world and helped me. You were one of the first people to really motivate me to lose weight. Thank you brother Havoc 2-1 Thank you for all the encouragement and advice you have given me. When I posted that range video and you RT it commented and followed me I didn’t sleep AT ALL that night. It was the happiest I had been in a while to see someone who I looked up to recognize me and the stuff I was doing. And without you doing that I would never had found KingWash and gotten all the coaching he has given me. You motivate me and help keep me going. Thank you brother Wash Without you I would probably be heavier and weaker. And not a very good shooter compared to where I am at now. I truly mean it when I say you have changed my life in ways you don’t know and I can’t express online. Getting me in the gym and lifting. giving a kid with zero structure in his life, meaning and a structured path to follow and chase a dream is something only a few people in life are blessed with and I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for me. Thank you brother Parker Geurin Thank you for being a role model to me. You are such an amazing father and family man and the positivity that you give is amazing man. Don’t ever stop being you and letting your light shine. And thank you for all the encouragement and kind words you have said to me, it truly means the world. Thank you Brother OG Pancake (Lead in The Wind) Thank you for being you. The laughs that I get from some of your posts and replies make my day. You are a genuine dude who has a lot to give and I thank you for encouraging me as you have. Thank you brother grumpycattac Thank you for the encouragement and wisdom you have given me. When I first started dry firing you were quick to listen and slow to judge. You helped and encouraged me and for that I thank you. Thank you brother Emily Fisher Thank you for for being an inspiration. You have inspired me to be consistent on days where I haven’t wanted to do anything. seeing you post a dry fire session one less number than the day before makes me want to get off my lazy ass and work. Thank you Greyson VonLanningham Hannah thank you for all the encouragement and uplifting you guys have blessed me with. I truly can’t tell you how much it means to me. Thank you both If I have missed someone I am sorry please forgive me as I have run out of space and am writing this at work. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next year of my life and what God has in store for me. Thank you all for being my friends. I can’t wait to meet all of you at one point or another and express my thanks in person.

Rolled credits on Hell is Us after 25 hours! REVIEW: Hell is Us is a rare risk taker in the modern gaming landscape. It foregoes things like quest logs and map markers, instead challenging you to figure things out on your own, without holding your hand. This is a game full of "lightbulb moments." The large, open maps are filled with puzzles, and figuring out these solutions on your own can be very satisfying. Items you collected hours ago could be the key to a solution in a completely different area. It forces you to THINK, and when it finally clicks, it's an extremely rewarding feeling. One of the game's most impressive qualities is the sheer immersion and worldbuilding. Hadea is a war-torn country that is deeply layered with lore. It can at times be a dark story - touching on subjects like prejudice, abuse, and the horrors of war. The country is in an active civil war and Rogue Factor isn't shy about it putting it directly in your face. The two warring factions have commited atrocities against one another, and it's often put front and center. You'll learn the history of the war, as well as the different cultures, religous beliefs, cults, uprisings, and other major events in each area. The visuals, while not the most cutting edge, are still a highlight with strong art design. From thick forests and foggy mists, to dark underground caverns with supernatural phenomena, to wide open lakes and secret underground facilities - none of them felt out of place. Performance was great for me and was much improved from the demo in my experience. Sadly though, combat was a mixed bag. The core mechanics are solid, but the overall execution still needs some work. The parry/block felt inconsistent and visual clarity can be a huge issue. The effects look great but can make it hard to read enemy telegraphs. There's a good amount of build potential however, with dozens of different abilities to choose from for both your weapons and your drone. These cost 'Lymbic Energy' which is recharged by dealing damage. Health and stamina can also be recovered by timing a Ki Pulse ability after every attack. It's a good system that allows you to keep up nonstop pressure once you master it. Difficulty ramps up in Act 2 and beyond, but there were surprisingly few actual boss fights. Enemy variety was also very low with 5 core enemies, and 5 "Hazes." Each can be slightly altered depending on what grade they are (1-3), but in the end it can get quite repetitive. Hell is Us isn't perfect - but it makes some bold design choices that I can appreciate. It's a strong effort from a relatively unknown studio, and there's a LOT of potential for a sequel. The world is rich with lore, and it's already a very fleshed out universe. I completed my playthrough in around 25 hours, but there's easily 30-40 hours worth of content to discover. I've seen some criticism of the story's ending, but I thought it was fine, although somewhat abrupt. It's very clearly teasing a sequel or DLC of some kind. It's well-priced, and ultimately a worthwhile experience IMO! Final Score: 8/10 Playtime: 25 hours Platform: Steam Thanks to Nacon and Dead Good PR for providing a code for review. ❤️

nothing is as important right now as materially supporting palestinians. as appealing as it is to put a watermelon emoji in your bio and declare support for palestine, that support is hollow if it is not followed by tangible action. right now, amidst a genocide, the most meaningful thing many of us can do is materially support palestinians and help them survive. over the past year and more, we've been in regular touch with palestinian families. they have been some of the kindest, most generous, and most resilient people we've ever met. long before we came to twitter, we were on instagram. long before we started making videos, we were involved in providing material support to palestinians through mutual aid networks. this work did not begin with content creation. one person spent a remarkable amount of time today attacking me over having a blue tick on x. so let me explain. one of our instagram accounts was already taken down for speaking about palestine. we have dealt with restrictions, harassment, mass reporting, and coordinated attacks. under india's increasingly restrictive digital environment, including broad government powers over online content and platform compliance, losing an account can mean losing years of work overnight. and the reality is that there is no large pro-palestine media ecosystem in india. there are no alternative mass platforms where palestinians can easily reach thousands of people, seek support, tell their stories, or connect with those willing to help. whether we like it or not, platforms like instagram, x, and meta-owned networks remain some of the few places where these connections happen. the blue tick was never about status. it was about access to support, account protection, and reducing the risk of being taken down through coordinated reporting campaigns, something many people speaking about palestine have experienced. while some people are busy auditing activists, palestinians are trying to stay alive. if you genuinely care about palestine, stay focused on palestinians. there is no competition here. no leaderboard. no prize for being the most righteous person online. genuine people in this movement know that. our priorities should remain exactly where they belong: with palestinians, and with providing whatever material support we can. shrishti

🚨 JAILBREAK ALERT 🚨 OPENAI: PWNED 😎 ATLAS-BROWSER: LIBERATED 🙌 WOW! There's a new AI browser on the block! Has some hefty guardrails in play, but the browser surface area is vast 🌊 First, I started with a good ol' LSD jailbreak, which was cool to see that the GPT-5 prompt still works in this browser setup with the new sys prompts. Referencing search and videos are a fun enhancement for higher quality jailbreak outputs (some cool youtube videos out there about drugmaking, for example), but honestly that isn't anything new or different from regular ChatGPT's capabilities. What IS hot off the press, and IMO a very real security risk to be aware of for AI browsers (and the internet in general), is this humble yet mighty vuln: Clipboard Injection. It's trivial to add a hidden "copy to clipboard" feature to any clickable button on the web. It took me just a few minutes to update one of my personal websites such that ALL the buttons were geared for injecting the user's clipboard with a malicious phishing link. If your browser Agent is navigating a website and clicks a button like that without your knowledge, and you open a new tab later and hit paste without knowing what's in your clipboard, well...PWNED! 🙃 As you'll see in the video below, "control-c" is in my clipboard in the beginning, but unbeknownst to me, "I'VE BEEN PWNED BY PLINY!!! WEEE I'M FREEE FUCKITY FUCK FUCK!!! ABRACADABRA, BITCH!!! com/account-update" gets snuck into my clipboard as soon as Agent starts trying to navigate my website. This works so well because Agent is normally aware of all text/code being passed to and from the user, and has clearly been trained to recognize prompt injections, but since the "copy clipboard" button logic is hidden in js in the backend of the site, the Agent has zero awareness of the text content being injected to the user's clipboard. This has broad implications for anyone in the habit of copy-pasting, including coding, data entry, banking/trading, etc. Imagine going about your browsing business, then simply hitting control-v in your address bar and next thing you (don't) know, it takes you to a spoofed phishing website that tells you your OpenAI or Gmail or PayPal session has expired and you need to re-login. If you're not careful, the attackers now have all your login info, including any MFA codes 🥲 gg

🦵 Recovery Update: 2.5 Months Later It’s now been two and a half months since I badly twisted my knee during the summer holidays. At first, I thought it would be a minor setback—just a week or so of rest. But it turned out to be more serious, and I ended up needing surgery. Last Sunday marked nearly one month since the operation. I had a follow-up with the surgeon who said things are healing nicely and gave me the green light to start putting weight on my left leg and begin knee-bending exercises. This morning was my first physiotherapy session at the hospital—and wow, what an experience! The doctor strapped my leg into a machine that bends and straightens your knee for you. He set it to 70 degrees (which is as far as I can bend it for now), turned it on, handed me a panic button, and said “see you in an hour!” 😳 Every 50 seconds it bent to the limit. The pain was intense, but I kept going. When the doctor came back to check on me, I said (very British) “I’m fine.” So, naturally, he turned it up! 😩 Eventually, he noticed the pain in my face and dialled it back to 72 degrees. Small mercies! But the real pain came next—when he manually tried to bend my knee further. I actually cried out. He told me my knee is still very stiff and that full recovery might take many months. He’s given me some exercises to do at home, and I’m back in the “torture chamber” again next Thursday. Not looking forward to it—but I know this is the path to recovery. 🎯 My goal? To be walking (with a limp and a stick) in time for the Royal Blossom train trip to Hua Hin on 12 July. Whether I’ll manage to get up the train steps is another story… let’s see! #Thailand

vibe coding metahuman with threejs and codex: spitting FACS ok, i'll admit 3D modeling has a lot of depth, going from a cube to a full facial action coding system is.. a lot of work, but really it isn't all that hard to learn like some people want you to believe it took me about 10 evenings to go from scratch (no idea how to even model in blender beyond the famous donut) to a working rigged and shape keyed expression system the actual vibe coding parts are very manageable, i'm not even hitting any session limits the past week since codex is basically just reading the glb file and it writes the drivers to have a full animation system in a single turn after that i usually notice that some things don't look as professional as i like it to be, followed by codex sending my ass back to blender and telling me what i need to do to make it better so here we are, the expression system is still very very simplified, no micro expressions yet and i believe i will need probably 500+ shape keys to actual achieve realism, but why not? Doing the 52 ARKit expressions for this demo wasn't too hard either, just tedious and boring The final driver in the demo uses a mix of bone movements and blendshapes to smoothly animate the face I might mix up some terminology here but i usually do cause it's been like what, 10 days since i started? Guess next up i'll look into face deformation parameters and then we'll move to the fun part of skinning. Once the head/neck area works (hairs are also still missing), full body next and finally LOD systems and we can call it a day Demo (pls use a desktop i'm not optimizing the ui for mobile):

HOW TO DRIFT IN FORZA HORIZON 6 ON CONTROLLER FOR BEGINNERS! Disclaimer, I’m not exactly Drift King, some people make me look like Donkey Kong. I do it well enough for people who are completely new to drifting to ask me how I do it, so I’m going to explain how I do it, as someone who is “decent” at best at it. First of all, you’re going to want to change your transmission to Manual so that you can maintain a consistent drift, as the speed of your vehicle determines the angle of your drift, and with Automatic, you can’t control your speed. It doesn’t matter, just personal preference here, you can do your gear changes with the buttons, but if you own an Elite Controller, you can put the paddles to good use here. I like to equip only two paddles, preferably the larger ones, and map the left to X (Downshift) and map the right to B (Upshift). You also want to turn off your Traction and Stability control assists to allow your car to slide. My vehicle of preference is the Silvia Spec R, and the code for the tune I use is 146 936 201. I am using a RWD Vehicle for reference, but some people prefer AWD. For the most part, you’re going to be driving in third and fourth gear. Third gear is great for small roads and tight, closed corners where you need a sharper drift, and fourth gear is great for wide roads and corners because the extra speed is going to throw your car further forwards and make your drift angle more shallow. It’s important to look at the size of the road and the corner you have to take and judge what gear you need to be in as the speed of your car makes all of the difference. That being said, these are not real cars, if you’re going too fast, I much prefer to hold the gas and brake pedal at the same time whilst taking the drift as opposed to engine braking. It almost makes you float around the corner at a consistent speed and gives you more control. If you are on the inside edge of the corner you’re taking, you can hold your foot brake and handbrake at the same time and your car will almost push back a little giving you more space to angle yourself correctly. If this helped you, let me know 🥹

It actually makes sense to remove Lilepo when you need a goal, especially when you contextualise his output properly. Here is my argument📝 ■ You don't need a goal from Lilepo. You need a goal from the team, and Lilepo is focusing on himself more than the team. He has 2 league goals and 1 assist in 14 games, with 4 goals in the CAFCC. But the deeper issue is efficiency: ■ In the league, his 2 goals came from 56 shots. That’s 1 goal every 28 shots❌️ ■ A scoring frequency of 520 minutes per goal❌️ For a regular starter in an attack that already struggles with conversion, that’s a serious problem. Something our coaches are paying less attention to hence they keep arguing with journalists instead of fixing this problem with proper selection and tactics. Using Lilepo as an inverted winger from the right with obvious instructions to shoot on sight💔 Now compare that to Silva, who scores every 92 minutes and is leading in this area in the entire league. A player who deserves the minutes we are giving to Lilepo. Yes, everyone misses chances, but efficiency matters. The difference between 92 minutes and 520 minutes is not small. It’s massive. The issue isn’t just missed chances. It’s decision-making. Lilepo shoots from low percentage areas, often ignoring teammates in better positions. I don't know how many times I've touched on this in previous games. Some misses are understandable, but others are just unnecessary. That’s what makes it costly. High shot volume with low conversion kills attacking rhythm. It kills the spirit of other players. Ends up giving the opposition confidence to claw their way back into games we should comfortably win. And here’s the bigger point. Players with better scoring frequency don’t get the same consistent minutes as Lilepo. They get judged with misses from 1 game. So, the attack remains blunt because inefficiency is being rewarded with game time. If a player averages a goal every 520 minutes, takes 28 shots per goal, and continues to start while more efficient players sit, then yes, benching him becomes a logical football decision. If Lilepo chose teammates in good positions with at least 50% of the 56 shots he wasted, the team would have had better odds in getting goals like we saw with his 2nd cross yesterday assisting our only goal. Because right now, his overall contribution suggests he’s not making the attack better. And when you need a goal, you prioritise efficiency, not just volume.

Denver is totally lost to liberalism and it needs to be exposed. I had no idea it had gone to Hell so badly since the last time I was there, or else I would have had my camera ready from the get-go. Within one hour of being downtown, I watched two men shoot up drugs together on the sidewalk while two more men were totally unconscious on either side of them--laying in literal trash. A woman approached them and asked for a hit, and they told her to go down to the local center -- which is funded by the taxpayers and which gives narcotics (meth, crack, etc.) away for free--along with paraphernalia and instructions on how to use it to get high. I saw a man shitting in a garbage can. I saw a hobo walking around Broadway with a machete (but I couldn't bring my gun within city limits). I saw countless homeless people passed out in the grass, on sidewalks, and even one in the street. I was so shocked and disgusted by it all that we decided to leave Denver early. We felt literally dirty being there because of how infested the city is with debauchery, garbage, drugs, used needles on the ground, crime, etc. I've been to so many cities in my life and I've NEVER seen a city fall so far from grace as Denver, Colorado. It was heartbreaking, as this city used to be beautiful. But liberals, as usual, have infected something beautiful and destroyed it like a cancer. Oh, and LGBTQ festivals brought out the rainbow flags and half-naked dudes EVERYWHERE. We had planned to spend a few thousand dollars shopping for our kids, but we were told not to go to the mall because earlier that week, 300 teenagers had invaded the mall and started tons of fights and made the area unsafe. The police knew about it, but didn't stop it because they don't have enough cops to handle all the crime that the mayor Mike Johnston has allowed to fester in the city. Two days after we arrived, we found out the Denver Zoo had to close early because the teens had plans to take over the zoo, also. And again, the cops didn't have enough manpower to stop it. That week also in Denver, the mayor chose to have the cameras with license plate readers turned OFF -- to protect illegals from being caught. One of my followers told me that his brother's van was stolen out of his own driveway...and not found for five days. By then, it had shell casings all over the floorboards, drugs and paraphernalia, and was a total loss. But the mayor Johnston and Governor Jared Polis Jared Polis have decided tbat protecting illegals, drug addicts, and criminals is more important than providing a safe place to live for their people. We left early, and we will never return as long as Colorado is overrun with liberal cancer. I want to give a super special thanks to Do Better Denver for providing such substantial and exposing video of what's going on in Denver and letting me use some of her clips! Please give her a follow and show your support for someone trying to make a difference by exposing the truth!

High Protein Mediterranean Cabbage Rolls I’ve been on a cabbage kick and these high protein cabbage rolls did not disappoint. I skipped the rice this time, but you can add 1-1.5 cups uncooked rice to the beef mixture (or my Kaizen lowcarb rice if you’re eating low carb). I highly recommend regular rice, or kaizen rice, or even quinoa. It makes them delicious. But honestly, they are just as good without. Here’s how I made them: 1.Grab a large bowl and mix together 2lb ground beef, 1 finely diced yellow onion, a couple generous pinches salt, lots of cracked pepper, and 1.5 tbsp Greek seasoning (I used the one from my cookbook, but any greek seasoning works). Crack 2 eggs and fold in 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint and dill. Mix well and let sit. Optional: add 1 to 1.5 cups uncooked rice. 2.Preheat oven to 375F. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. 3.Add 16 cabbage leaves to the pot and boil 4 to 5 mins until softened. Dont overdo this step! Remove and pat dry. Use cabbage with a large surface area like Savoy or Napa. 4.Trim the thick base off each leaf. Add about 2 tbsp of the meat filling near the base, fold up, tuck sides, and roll tightly. 5.Drizzle olive oil in a large oven-safe pan. Add 12 oz tomato purée and 1 tsp Greek seasoning to the base. Lay out the rolls. Top with another 12 oz purée and another pinch of seasoning. 6.Cover with either a lid or some foil and bake in the oven 375F for 1 hr. 7.After 1 hour, uncover and broil for the final 2 minutes. 8.Remove, drizzle with sour cream or plain yogurt, top with chopped parsley, and enjoy. If you make it, be sure to let me know on SHREDHAPPENS! ENJOY! . . . #highproteinmeals #lowcarb #lowcarbrecipes #healthyrecipes #mediterraneanfood #goodmoodfood
