Marquette guard Nigel James Jr. has been a major bright spot for Shaka Smart and the Golden Eagles this season. Tonight, James Jr. finished with 20 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals in what was a dominant 16-point win over Georgetown. A big-time floor general who can make plays, score the ball and defend. Love his game and the toughness he plays with.

Purdue’s Braden Smith says he has not met with the Mavericks yet, but says he’d like to go there. “I’d love to go there. Obviously Texas is an unbelievable place to be, they’re a good squad, they’re a good team, so being part of that…” Smith is the NCAA all-time assists leader, was named to AP All-American Teams in back to back seasons, and has made the All- Big Ten First Team three times. He averaged 13.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 7.4 assists, and 1.7 steals per game while shooting 38.5 percent from three over four years as a Boilermaker.

#Cavs James Harden finished with 13 points against the Wizards, shooting 1-4 from the field, 1-4 from three, and 10-12 from the free-throw line while adding 11 assists. Harden said he’s okay with not being the main scorer every night and is focused on playing the right way. "I'm top 10 in scoring all time; scoring isn't a problem for me. I want to play the right way and take shots when necessary, be aggressive when necessary, and when guys are open, make the right pass. We all know why I'm here. It's one goal, and we all have that in common. Whether I take 4 shots or 20 shots, if we win the game, who cares."

The man who shouted at cops during disorder in Sunderland over the murder of little British girls by demonic illegals, has been jailed for over four years. He was heard shouting "the government is to blame for this" and "come on, this is England", the court heard. That's all he did, peaceful declarations for no more assaults from the government--- FOUR YEARS and EIGHT MONTHS in PRISON. John Kirtley you are a true HERO.

One pattern I’ve noticed in all dysfunctional teams: They want success without the sacrifice. Dan Lanning (Dan Lanning) said, "You know to accomplish a goal, it has to be valuable what you're willing to give up." The mindset that transforms teams into champions:👇 Sacrifice isn’t about loss, it’s about choosing: • Growth over comfort • Team over individual • Discipline over ease Here’s how great teams embrace sacrifice: 1. Define a shared purpose - Without a common mission, sacrifice feels meaningless. Great teams rally around connection and a shared goal bigger than themselves. When everyone is clear on the "why," they’re willing to make sacrifices for the "what." 2. Sacrifice ego for trust - Great teams care for one another and trust each other. They know: Ego in the wrong direction kills teams. Trust is the foundation of a team culture where everyone fights for each other. 3. Sacrifice comfort for discipline - It means sacrificing comfort for discipline. Great teams show up early, stay late, and do the hard work others avoid. Every extra rep, every extra drill, every uncomfortable moment—they add up. 4. Sacrifice convenience for accountability - Accountability is uncomfortable. It means calling out teammates (and yourself) when effort slips. Great teams demand accountability because they know it fuels consistency and keeps standards high. 5. Sacrifice short-term wins for long-term greatness - Mediocre teams chase instant gratification. Great teams sacrifice today’s ease for tomorrow’s success. They think bigger, play the long game, and prioritize sustainable growth over temporary comfort. Bottom Line: Any achievement requires sacrifice and hard work because success is never a product of shortcuts or complacency. "The whole team has to make a choice at some point, is great worth it? But for winning, you have to sacrifice." - Doc Rivers
