Zelenskyy tonight calls what Trump earlier today claimed to be an agreement a “proposal”, confirming our Financial Times reporting that there is so far no deal between Ukraine and Russia — “There is currently a strong proposal from the United States regarding a mutual cessation of strikes on critical infrastructure.
