BJP seems to believe that by shuffling government officials and replacing them with their preferred yes-men, they can manipulate the electoral outcome. They are gravely mistaken. Transfer as many officers as you want. Reshuffle the administration all you like. You cannot transfer the will of the people. And the people of Bengal have already made up their minds.
