A big congratulations to the Receiver Manager Mr. Rao, KCB CEO Mr. Paul Russo, and investor Sarai for the outstanding turnaround of Mumias Sugar. Seeing Mumias Sugar Factory back to 24/7 operations is more than a milestone—it’s proof that with the right leadership, strategy, and investment, even the most challenging turnarounds are possible. From sugar production to ethanol and the ongoing efforts to revive the power plant, this is a powerful example of resilience and vision in action. Special recognition to Mr. Rao for his professionalism and results-driven leadership. This success story sets a clear benchmark for industrial revival. To H.E. President William Ruto: this is the model. Identifying competent, experienced receiver managers and credible investors is key to restoring other struggling industries across the country. Kenya’s industrial revival is possible—and Mumias Sugar is living proof. #MumiasSugar #IndustrialRevival #KenyaRising #LeadershipMatters #EconomicGrowth
