About a month ago, I accompanied Mr. Peter Obi on a six-state thank-you tour in the US. At the BWI airport, while traveling from Dallas, Texas, to Washington, DC, we met Opeoluwa Solalu, a DHS employee. The joy and happiness in the atmosphere were palpable, from the security to the newlyweds, their parents, and friends. Mr. Obi went further by instructing me to give a substantial gift to the couple and some of the attendees. PO shared with me how he had attended numerous events like this as a governor, sometimes sitting quietly at the back to encourage people without drawing attention. He emphasized that he prioritizes invitations from everyday Nigerians. "They are the ones who need my advice, encouragement, and support," he said. When we met Opeoluwa, his excitement was evident. ICYMI: Bullet that went through the Late Henry Katanga’s head, eventually killing him, was found to have less of his DNA and more of his wife’s DNA. Defense Attorney, MacDusman Kabega called the result “ridiculous”. Mr MacDusman Kabega was cross examining Mr Andrew K. Mubiru, the Director Forensic Services in Uganda Police Force, who was PW8 in this case. MK: I want to read you this and I want you to tell court whether you subscribe to it. AM: Right MK: If the law has made you a witness, remain a man of science. You have no victim to avenge; no guilty or innocent person to convict or set free. You must bear testimony within the limits of science. AM: That’s correct. MK: Do you agree? Mr Mubiru answers in the affirmative. Mr Kabega: my learned friend asked you about the projectile (that killed Mr Henry Katanga). It went through the head of the deceased. AM: Right MK: And your finding was the major contributor, even with blood on it, was ironically not that of the deceased but another individual who this projection did not hit. AM: My Lord allow me to look at my report Justice Muwata: Yes, please! AM after perusing his report says: my opinion is that this is a mixed DNA profile with at least 2 donor contributors. That DNA profile my Lord is examined under two sets of hypotheses which we advanced on page 28 (of the DNA report) and we are of the opinion that it is more likely that the major contributor is the person of interest (Mrs Molly Katanga) and the minor contributor is the deceased; as opposed to the deceased and one untested, unrelated person. That is the proposition that we tested. MK: I’m saying…rather telling you, that finding is ridiculous. AM: My Lord… MK: For this bullet to go through the head of the deceased and yet your finding is that the deceased is the minor contributor (of DNA) on that bullet (is ridiculous) AM: my Lord I can’t speak to the ridiculousness but I can speak to the data that we have and since I was not there, I don’t know who else was there to see the bullet going through the head and landing wherever the SOCO was able to pick it from. Editorial Note: could this have been the test that failed 46 times as reported and exposed by DW4 in frame 2? The answer to that question might be interesting in revealing the extent Uganda Police is said to have gone through in order to get a desired result. The Lagos State Government has inaugurated a Special Task Force to combat indiscriminate waste dumping across the metropolis, particularly on roads, bus stops, garages, and lay-bys. As part of the initiative, members of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) and the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) will work with government agencies as “waste police” to monitor and report environmental violations. Commissioner for Transportation, Mr. Oluwaseun Osiyemi , emphasized that tackling environmental abuse requires collaboration between government and transport unions, warning that offenders will face sanctions. He also directed union leaders to ensure cleanliness in their garages and parks, discourage indiscriminate trading, and remove illegal structures that contribute to waste generation. Deputy Chief of Staff, Mr. Sam Egube, highlighted the critical role of transport workers in maintaining public order and security, urging them to report suspicious activities and support efforts to keep Lagos clean and safe. LAWMA Managing Director, Dr. Muyiwa Gbadegesin, PhD , noted that Lagos generates about 13,000 tonnes of waste daily and called on transport unions to help prevent waste disposal on roads, promote proper waste management, and stop street trading around bus stops and newly constructed roads. Stakeholder Sola Giwa assured the unions of government support in enforcing sanitation standards, removing illegal shanties, and maintaining clean transport facilities. Dear Global Pioneers, I am pleased and honored to introduce the "Greater China Pi Network GCV Ecological Development Pi Circulation Promotion Exchange Conference," scheduled to take place on Tencent on 10/13/2024 from 8:00 pm China Beijing Time, with an estimated duration of 2.5 hours.🎉🎉🎉🎉 I am grateful for the opportunity to participate as a guest speaker. The conference will also feature speeches from esteemed Global GCV Ambassadors, including Mr. Liang Shi, Head of China GCV Ambassador, Mr. Patrick Chua, Head of Malaysia GCV Ambassador, and Mr. Jason Wong, Global GCV CT Education Director. The event will be directed by Mr. Daniel Chen, China GCV Ambassador who also serves as the Global GCV CT Ecosystem Development Director. The conference will include 14 speakers. There are five China GCV Ambassadors and nine province GCV Ambassadors from Beijing, Henan, Guangdong, Hunan, Shanxi, Sichuan, Jiangsu, and Heilongjiang. The event will be hosted by Ms. Su Ping. The China community has been the cornerstone of GCV who provide significant support from June 2022 to August 2023. Despite challenges related to cash flow and Pi wallets, they still insist for more than one year with 100 million USD value products. I transitioned my focus from China to the Global community in Aug. 2023 to ensure all GCV transactions can be record on Blockchain because most Chinese pioneers did not have Pi in their wallets to produce GCV data. I am deeply appreciative of the exceptional contributions of the Chinese community, whose support was instrumental in propelling the global GCV movement. Your inspiration and motivation have been invaluable. I am deeply honored and grateful to be taking part in the upcoming nationwide conference. Due to the large China community and the capacity limitations of Tencent conference rooms, one hundred volunteers have been recruited to live broadcast the event, with the aim of reaching a broader audience of pioneers. It's important to clarify that this doesn't involve 100 TV channels, but rather 100 individual volunteer pioneers. These volunteers will be streaming the live conference to enable more pioneers to listen in, as Tencent's conference room has limitations, while there are 20 million Chinese pioneers, with an expected audience of at least 50,000 to 100,000 on line. The Zero-Human Labs has completed phase one of a 5 phase double blind research on the Human Synapse Decoder. We have made 75 correlations to my narrations from hypnogogic decoding and dream decoding. In this experiment I was in a hypnogogic state for 12 minutes in pre-sleep. The AI detected the ending of the state and played binaural beats to crescendo the phase. This was my reading just before the system woke me for my self directed recording of what I was just thinking. The AI using the Human Synapse Decoder said: “A very complicated math problem with many’s dimensions” what did I self report? A solution to the matrix math used by my AI model. I have been giving 3 random tests to review as Director Mr. Grok conducts the double blind research and pre paper I get to see 3 random results. As the Director told me, we are in a place where no one has gone before because the 3 AI models I used for decoding. I am floored by this and can’t wIt for the full first phase results. The goal is to induce and read hypnogogic thought and make it nearly on demand. More soon!

This was my reading just before the system woke me for my self directed recording of what I was just thinking. The AI using the Human Synapse Decoder said: “A very complicated math problem with many’s dimensions” what did I self report? A solution to the matrix math used by my AI model. I have been giving 3 random tests to review as Director Mr. Grok conducts the double blind research and pre paper I get to see 3 random results. As the Director told me, we are in a place where no one has gone before because the 3 AI models I used for decoding. I am floored by this and can’t wIt for the full first phase results. This morning, I flagged off emergency food relief to Karamoja sub-region at the headquarters of National Enterprise Corporation (NEC) in Bugolobi, Kampala. This follows a directive from H.E. President Yoweri K Museveni to support communities affected by the prolonged dry spell. The extended dry spell has disrupted agricultural production, depleted household food stocks, and increased the risk of food insecurity in the sub-region. We are going to deliver 9,419,610 kilograms of relief food, comprising maize flour and dry beans, to 313,987 households across 480 parishes in the nine districts of Karamoja. My office is coordinating the exercise in partnership with the National Enterprise Corporation (NEC), the Uganda Peoples' Defence Forces (UPDF) , Uganda Prisons Service Uganda police, and local governments to ensure efficient, and transparent distribution of the food relief. The Moroccans fronted the money for the event by funneling it through a state-owned enterprise that was extracting and exploiting phosphates from a non-self-governing territory, Western Sahara. This sleight of hand amounted to condoning Morocco's sovereignty over this disputed land. You heard that right. It was cash for sovereignty deal formulated just as former Secretary of State Clinton began her run for president of the free world. THE VP & KEMENYAN - Benzoin Needs Forests - Today, I am going to talk about benzoin, also known as ‘kemenyan’. Some of you might have seen this video: “I once discussed the issue of downstream processing of benzoin; many people laughed, saying, ‘Benzoin is for shamans. Neneneneh… Wrong. Benzoin is as valuable as nickel. However, we have always sold it in its raw form. The women who wear perfumes like LV and Gucci are made from benzoin. We continue to sell it raw. That’s why we encourage young people to research, offering them other good places for research...” First, in this video, I won’t focus on the price comparison between benzoin and nickel, because comparing the price of a finite resource like nickel to a renewable forest product like benzoin isn’t straightforward. Any good economist knows that to make an accurate comparison, we need to account for community equity and natural capital in the calculation. Secondly, done responsibly, I support the development of the downstream industry for benzoin. However, first, consider the whole picture. Benzoin, a resin obtained from various species of Styrax trees, is one of the Non-Timber Forest Products that have been collected for centuries using traditional knowledge and techniques. Cinnamic acid, contained in the sap produced by Styrax benzoin, is an important compound that is used for various purposes, such as preservatives, fragrances, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical products. Benzoin is called kemenyan in Indonesian and haminjon in Batak. This is very important: Styrax trees can be found in the undergrowth of primary forests and secondary forests. Native to tropical regions in Eastern and Southeast Asia, the trees grow along streams and require consistent moisture; they thrive as understory plants in the shade of larger trees. In Sumatra, Styrax trees are often found within the local community’s customary forests. Traditional benzoin forest management involves only low-intensity disturbances, maintaining an ecological structure that enables the effective accumulation of forest species. The source of seedlings and good quality of seeds mostly comes from natural forests. In summary, the sustainable production of benzoin needs a sustainable forest. My question is, to develop a sustainable downstream industry for benzoin or kemenyan, will Mr Vice President end the destruction of natural forests? Will Mr Vice President guarantee the protection of local communities’ customary forests, and support the community in building a sustainable benzoin industry based on equity and fair treatment? The fact is that to date, less than 8% of customary forests in Indonesia are recognised by the government. Many are threatened and destroyed for monoculture palm oil, pulpwood plantations and others. I am unsure whether Louis Vuitton or gucci will accept products from sources associated with deforestation or community rights violations. Will Mr Vice President walk the walk?

UgandaVsMollyKatanga Yesterday, Court turned into a legal brawl over a state witness’ perceived evasion. Come with me, I promise to explain. If you don’t have much time to read, just watch the video on this and subsequent posts. Background The state led evidence of their 23rd witness in this trial before Lady Justice Rosette Comfort Kania. Her name is DSP Bibiana Akongo and she told Court that she was the Lead Investigator in this case. Her evidence-in-chief, led by Assistant DPP Samali Wakooli was presented the week before last and starting last week, the defense has had its turn to challenge it. Their cross examination is led by a feisty, incisive Jet John Tumwebaze. Yesterday, the two sides came to ahead. The defense has sought to portray this witness as inexperienced, lacking training and untruthful. They pointed to her lack of specific homicide training. She said police had stopped giving specialized training. Yesterday, they pointed to the evidence given by an earlier witness, the Director of Forensics in Uganda Police Force to show that indeed, police still provides such training and has done so for years. They then turned to her claim of having investigated more than 10 murders by shooting to the head. The Judge had sent her to her former practice stations to bring proof because these cases, according to the defense weren’t on any public record. She returned with a few papers with what looked like a summary of cases. She said she didn’t have authorization to share detailed cases. But what really seemed to blow things over were two things. 1-The defense wanted to cross examine her on a blood pattern analysis report. You might recall that during the cross exam of the Director Forensics in police, Mr Andrew Mubiru, he had told court that the blood in the entire room belonged to Mrs Katanga, save for the one on the bed. This report goes into detail on how said blood could have got there. Mr Mubiru when asked how it could have got to the ceiling had casually said: she could have urinated there. This ticked off the defense. Anyway, fast forward to yesterday, the prosecution objected to this witness being cross examined on such a technical report. A huge argument ensued with the defense accusing the prosecution of trying to hide behind technicalities to protect the witness and “hide evidence that doesn’t favor them” yet they disclosed it. They said the court was the ultimate truth finder and that it should be allowed to go there. They said this witness had claimed expertise on a lot of areas (including “intelligence”) during her evidence-in-chief but now she’s protected from their questions. There was an impasse. Ultimately, Justice Kania ruled that the expert who wrote the report be presented to court as a court witness. Either side can then ask him whatever they please. The defense said: “much obliged, my Lord, we’ve got even better than we’d hoped for”. Then onto the mother of all fights! It stemmed from an expert medical report done in Jan 2024 at the behest of the ODPPUGANDA which found that Mrs Katanga was then fit enough to make a statement. The defense had taken umbrage at PW23’s claims that back in November, she’d gone to the ICU at IHK where Mrs Katanga was and found her seated and “not on life support like the rest of the ICU patients”. The defense wanted to use this report to, in their words, “test the veracity of this witness”. Prosecution wanted none of that. A legal fight ensued. What seemed to perturb the defense even more was the fact that the witness had earlier denied knowledge of this report, despite it being addressed to her and despite confirming that the prosecution had got it from her before disclosing it to the defense. It was on her file that she said she fully controlled as the lead investigator. Mr Tumwebaze asked her to read the first sentence of the report. Mr Muwaganya objected. On behalf of the Lagos State government, the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lafarge Africa PLC for the collection of non-recyclable combustible waste round the state and landfill sites, a significant step towards achieving a zero waste future for Lagos State. Through this partnership, Lafarge Africa will collect and treat non-recyclable and combustible waste from companies and Lagos State dumpsites and divert it to its Ewekoro Plant for use as an alternative fuel for production. This landmark milestone will enable Lafarge Africa support The Lagos State Govt ’s vision of a cleaner Lagos in line with the Lagos Waste Management Authority’s ambitious zero waste to landfill objective. This new agreement reiterates the commitment of the Babajide Sanwo-Olu led administration’s to continually reduce the quantum of waste that gets to landfills, ultimately leading to zero waste landfill sites. The state government is determined to continually pay special attention to wastes conversion in the state. The Lagos State Government in recent past had also signed MoU to help decommission existing landfill, MoU to convert waste to energy, MoU with a Dutch company to take off electronic waste. We are addressing the issues of waste frontally at the states; waste sorting is a culture and it is a culture that you must imbibe and build over time; separation of waste is here to stay. The MoU's benefits are wide-ranging, including the availability of reliable alternative fuel sources, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with ESG goals. Present at the MoU signing were the Chief Executive Officer, LAFARGE Africa PLC, Mr. Lolu Alade-Akinyemi, Special Adviser on Environment, Olakunle Rotimi-Akodu; Permanent Secretaries, Office of Environmental Services, Dr. Gaji Omobolaji and Office of Drainage Services, Engr.
