Btw, schools repair & maintenance is state govt responsibility In BJP ruled states, govt is upgrading all infrastructure built with bad quality material by CONgis Sarkars that have ruled for > 60 years For example, Rajasthan Sarkar is upgrading > 1.23 lakh dilapidated schools, in batches Till then, kids have been shifted But you will NEVER talk about new education policy 2020 or ~ 14500 PMShri schools or new colleges or universities started by Modiji Sarkar
