After playing the game today I kinda feel like he’s correct

The main story missions are indeed boring but he literally barely truly explores, is still with unupgraded health and gear, and is complaining that the game “doesn’t draw him to want to explore” 😭

Fun fact: You can just hold the loot button and it'll loot everything you look at automatically. No need to pick everything up one by one like Charlie complained about.

It’s a slow burner of a game, very slow to start, but really picks up as you progress. But that’s not for some people, and that’s okay. The majority of us are having a blast, if you’re not, that’s cool too. I think that if you don’t have patience, this isn’t for you honestly.

Just so people know if you hold down X you can pick everything up with out needing to press it individually. Just a tip.

Facts. The game isn’t bad, but they overdid it. It's like the company gathered the most demanding ARPG fans, took every single suggestion of what the game 'should' have, and included it all without any filter. And then, they asked the janitor to write the story in two weeks.

They should wait for 2 months when Pearl Abyss patches the game and they play at least 75 hours to give their opinion.

You can hold the button down and move around the area and it automatically loots.. Lol or befriend a Dog companion to auto loot for you. Expectations i want is every game like this to be like EldenRing and its not it is its own game.

Didn't Skyrim have individual loot? I remember playing Skyrim and looting each coin if there was gold, one by one by one. I don't find that to be that bad.

i love this game but every criticism about it so far has been on the point. 15+ hours in and there is a ton of QoL stuff that is needed. ppl meme that its a single-player MMORPG, but its quite literally designed like this.
