For 80 footwears it’s a great idea but did you consider ventilation? Some shoes will stay there for months untouched and because there is no proper ventilation they trap sweat and moisture break down the materials and foster bacterial growth

You know the back is open. The cover at the back has openings. Which will make room for ventilation
