@DittiePE Children do not have access to the Library of Congress. It's a research library without public stacks. Members submit their topics to specialist librarians who recommend material and then bring the books to them. Trump sycophants should do a tiny bit of research.

I used to get audio books sent to my home for my blind boy free of charge. They would mail about 5 at a time then when finished I would mail them back postage free. When received they would mail out the next five on the list etc. This is the only lending they do. ADA compliant.
