Easily E. Ryu. He's basically Ryu with better customs and a teleport, as far as I can tell. High tier for sure. The others are all low or low mid tier, I think. If I was ranking the strength of the new chars: E. Ryu >>>> Fei > Guile >> DJ >= Hawk? Some notes I made:

Appreciate you guys bothering with this port at all. Might not replace vanilla, but having it explored under a modern lens could reveal something new, and at the least, the problems can be documented properly. Btw, CC invul activate was shorter, right?

Activation invincibility was nerfed, yes. Also V-ISM meter gain, I believe.

Makes his midscreens better than normal Ryu's. Not sure what other advantages/disadvantages he has. They feel very very similar outside of E. Ryu having teleport, demon and the DP super.

By request, more in-depth E. Ryu customs. Switch to slower fireballs the closer you get to the corner for easier juggles. Can choose between punch/kick tele or hop FB based on comfort and distance to corner. These all assume no CCs.

We're opening Size/Vore Customs with local cosplayer and tummy aficionado: AnyaT ! We've become pretty good pals over the last year, and have decided to try meeting up for a week this June to shoot some original and custom content together. Customs start at $200 minimum for a 5-10 minute film +$25 per additional minute. Videos can involve anything size related from vore to feet to butt crush (with some limits). There will only be 5 slots available, and 2 are close to being claimed already. Her cosplay list will be viewable in the replies. All customs will be written, filmed, and produced by yours truly. She doesn't usually do customs, and we're hoping the funds will help us make this trip happen at all, so any help or interest is appreciated. Customs will be accepted at our discretion if we like the idea and vibe of the submitter, so no first-come, first-served. Contact us via Dm's or at paramouthpictures@gmail.com for inquiries.
