Use dust during his roll animation was a huge life saver. It cancels his animation to pick up his weapon.

First time a boss has had an edgy name and backstory about being basically a demigod and instead of being overblown it's actually like "My GOD this man is ROCKING my shit. His hype men were fr"

Pro tip: Bounty Hunter armor + change your charms when the fight starts.

Just disarm him and prevent from picking up his katana.

Bounty Master armor is a game changer. Get that leveled up fully and the benefits to Perfect Parry and counter attack make it a breeze (if you can time up his ridiculous combos 😅)

Hardest part is when you think you have him figured out and he just spazzes out and rolled skates across the dueling ring and instant kills you.

Why are you using a spear?

Just use all your spirit attacks. Beat this dude first go around with just the Katana.

I personally don't think the normal difficulty is that easy for a Sony game. Regular enemies can easily kill you in 2-3 hits. Their attacks are often quick too so you need to react quickly

Yeah this fight honestly felt a bit unfair. Like, he would rubber band after me if i dodged his attacks, would instantly follow up with a disarm attack as soon as i revived. In the end i had to resort to old school "tactics" and just spam the attack buttons to kill him.

You don’t know difficult 😥 sekiro is still one of the hardest games to ever beat. Game of the year for a reason

Are u still using the charms they made u put on ? I switched them back as soon as the cutscene finished , also definitely fight him later comeback to him when u unlock more mechanics and parry armor works wonders !
