Man that so fuking real that’s literally the only thing that has ever worked because all real men will continue to bear the burdens of this world for their loved ones. Gratitude makes it feel like a cakewalk. Appreciation has always been the cure.

Agreed on therapy overreliance. But what percent of men (& women) are “carrying burdens” that are the result of their own bad choices rather than a noble act for the benefit of others? (E.g., drug/alcohol abuse, career & spouse choice, quitting school,sedentary/overeating, etc.)

This is why a lot of men commit suicide. You can even do right by ppl & still not be appreciated. So,imagine not going to therapy or carrying out introspection & then,that happens?🥴 Pls! The fact that ppl can sit in front of a cam with a mic,don't make their opinions sensible.
