I’ve been an Xbox user since the original one came out. Last year I saw the writing on the wall. For Black Friday I bought a PS5 Pro, and sold my Xbox and never looked back. The whole company is in disarray. What’s coming next is not gonna be good. Xbox is doomed.

I have quit buying new consoles from here on out. If they have digital download only. I want a physical copy of the games I play. I'm not paying for something that can be taken away or bricked

Glad I found a solid 1tb xbox at my Local pawn shop for $300 bucks about 2 months ago. Ive put days on that thing already too, great condition. $800 is insane.

consoles are made for simple people. So simple people are targetted to get ripped off. Goto a PC you will never look back. On average a £2k pc will last 10years.

Who actually buys consoles in 2026? I bought the OG Ps5 on launch & put it away after covid. As someone who has owned almost every system. These modern consoles suck. Just save for a high end PC

Considering inflation, it’s really not that bad. Xbox one was 499 at lunch what 12/13 years ago? Pretty sure cost of living (housing food ect) has more than doubled since then.

The Xbox One X is still going strong. No not the Xbox One VCR! Remember up until 2025 most new releases were still playable on Xbox One X. No need to get a current generation console just be grateful for what you already have.
