More progress on the cops, their netcode and collisions have been reworked and several bugs related to them have been fixed, its still not perfect though. Network usage currently is through the roof and many cars can absolutely overwhelm the server, but optimization is coming.

I did research MW a lot yes, I did also look at the binary quite a bit with a disassembler but there are a lot of changes to what the OG MW had (the biggest being this game has server authority to prevent cheating)

Yes, multiplayer support already exists. Thats why I used server authority so people cant cheat later in the game. It also makes the game better where if people are lagging their car wont be teleporting around. Also generally it improves collisions a lot between players.

and maybe custom maps? imagine if it was placed in tokyo :00

No, its fully custom (MW physics and handling). The cars are anchored and use server authority with prediction.
