Last week, a representative from the Ministry of Transport's services traveled to the Netherlands. I want to emphasize this: France supports these technologies, and their deployment must happen within a framework of trust that allows us to evaluate the systems and determine what adjustments FSD needs to guarantee a high level of safety. This autumn, I will also be bringing together the French autonomous vehicle ecosystem to present the levers that will accelerate the deployment of this technology and to set a direction for the coming years. We are currently focused on delivering specialized trucks with crane booms to Ukraine’s Engineering units. Recent developments in the conflict have made the war more mobile, with the frontline constantly shifting in both Donbas and Kursk. As a result, engineering units are now more critical than ever. They need to build fortifications at new positions quickly, and that’s why we are concentrating on securing the necessary equipment. The trucks we aim to supply are equipped with cranes that can transport construction materials for fortifications and small excavators. NEWS: Elon Musk's The Boring Company just laid out detailed plans for the future of its tunnel system in Las Vegas, and what to expect in the near future. • Phase 1: Limited airport rides are already being tested using existing Loop stations (Resorts World, Encore, Westgate, LVCC). About 50 rides are currently being given per day. This week, Boring Co. began picking up airport passengers after 100 of its 130-car fleet of Teslas were outfitted with transponders the airport requires of transportation companies. • Phase 2: A new 2.2-mile dual-direction tunnel from Westgate toward Paradise Road is under construction. Initially, vehicles will exit the tunnel and complete the final airport leg above ground. This will remove 2 miles of above-ground travel needed now. Boring Co. President Steve Davis expects this portion to be in operation in the next couple of months. • Phase 3: The tunnel extends closer to Terminal 1. This will eliminate waiting for the stoplight at the intersection of Tropicana and University Center. The Vegas Loop’s fleet will jump to between 250-300 Tesla vehicles. • Phase 4 (which Davis calls the “holy grail”): A dedicated underground airport station directly serving the terminals. • Core Las Vegas Strip construction could start this fall • Strip build-out targeted for ~2027 • Downtown and southern expansions could follow in 2028–2029 To build the full system, The Boring Company needs 600+ more permits across Clark County. Each permit currently takes ~6 months, with a new one currently being approved every 1-2 weeks, which is why the company is working with local officials on a streamlined, operator-style permitting process similar to how SpaceX operates.

This year, there are significant financial resources available for all regions of our state, including the Sumy region, which is guaranteed. Contracts for our defense industrial complex have been signed. I am proud that every month, more and more companies and developers offer specific samples of weapons, shells, equipment, demining vehicles, and many other things—everything that is required at the front and that, thanks to the power of technology, will save the lives of our people. Today, there are new contracts for automated fire driving systems, new FPV drones with appropriate dropping capabilities, and mobile fire group training—all of which will help to effectively shoot down the "Shaheds." According to Rainn, every 68 seconds an American is sexually assaulted. It’s crucial that our society works together to create safer places for people who are being abused & need help. Too often survivors are gaslit & not believed when they speak up & ask for help which also enables abuser to continue to hurt. Many who are being abused don’t have a support system & safe place to go to/someone they can confide in. Far too many people feel alone & need help. One time being abused is too many & one person being abused is too many. You deserve to feel safe. I have the utmost respect for the medical field & people who work each day to save lives. Whether it’s a doctor’s appointment or someplace else, we need to work together to ensure survivors feel heard and supported. Thank you for taking the time to watch this video.

According to Rainn, every 68 seconds an American is sexually assaulted. It’s crucial that our society works together to create safer places for people who are being abused & need help. Too often survivors are gaslit & not believed when they speak up & ask for help which also enables abuser to continue to hurt. Many who are being abused don’t have a support system & safe place to go to/someone they can confide in. Far too many people feel alone & need help. One time being abused is too many & one person being abused is too many. You deserve to feel safe. I have the utmost respect for the medical field & people who work each day to save lives. Whether it’s a doctor’s appointment or someplace else, we need to work together to ensure survivors feel heard and supported. Thank you for taking the time to watch this video.

Starting next year sensors and cameras to monitor you are mandated in every new car in the United States “In 2021, Congress added provisions to an infrastructure bill that requires automakers to install infrared cameras and sensors in every vehicle. These cameras and sensors will create a constant biometric assessment of driver alertness and sobriety, of course, for your safety. If the integrated artificial intelligence systems determine that you're drunk or tired, it could prevent the car from turning on or limit your vehicle speed. The regulation eliminates privacy inside of your personal vehicle. The sensors inside your vehicle will constantly track eye movement, pupil dilation, and drowsiness patterns. Starting next year, sensors and cameras will be found in every vehicle sold in the United States.” Here’s some more information Section 24220 of the IIJA liked to the RIDE Act , Halt Drunk Driving provisions directs the Secretary of Transportation to issue a Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard requiring passenger motor vehicles to be equipped with “advanced drunk and impaired driving prevention technology.” Keep in mind, this is NOT limited to drunk driving. It covers any type of impairment and is left intentionally vague, drowsiness is technically an “impairment” The statute defines this as a system that can: - Passively monitor driver performance to accurately identify impairment, and/or - Passively and accurately detect whether the driver’s blood alcohol concentration is at or above the legal limit, and then prevent or limit vehicle operation if impairment is detected The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued reports saying this technology is not ready so it may be delayed again but the deadline is fast approaching
