Most brands don't know if their marketing is really working. They launch campaigns. Spend real money. Watch the dashboards. Then hope. Months later, a report arrives explaining what happened. The campaign is over. The budget is gone. The market has already moved. That's how brand tracking has worked for...

I just built a Brand Operating System inside Claude Cowork 🤯 A connected system of files that every skill automatically reads from, so your hook writer, brief generator, and script writer all speak in your exact brand voice. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies tired of generic AI output that sounds like every other brand in their category. If you're opening a new Claude chat and re-explaining your brand, re-pasting your voice guidelines, and re-describing your customers every single time, a Brand OS fixes the entire loop: → Build 3 foundation files once per brand → Every skill you create reads from the Brand OS automatically → Hook writer pulls your voice + customer pain points → Brief generator pulls your positioning + angles → Script writer pulls the brief + brand DNA → Every output is calibrated to your brand on the first pass No re-briefing Claude on every chat. No editing for an hour to fix generic AI phrasing. No creative that sounds like it could belong to any brand. What you get in the playbook: → The exact Brand OS file structure I use → Templates for all 3 files you can fill in for any brand → The architecture that makes every Claude skill 10x sharper → The exact setup for agencies running a Brand OS per client For agencies: this is how you build a perfect, reusable knowledge base for every client on your roster. Set up the Brand OS once per client, and every campaign after that is already calibrated. I put together a full playbook with the file templates, the architecture, and the exact setup process so you can build your own Brand OS for your brand or your clients. This dad went to four different stores — Walmart, Target, Aldi, and Dollar General — and bought the absolute cheapest bread, peanut butter, and jelly he could find at each one. He did it because he’s tired of the judgmental comments that roll in every time he shares a grocery haul or simple recipe: “Walmart????” “Nothing there is fresh food.” “This is unhealthy.” “All processed junk.” The results? Walmart came in cheapest at just $5.28, Target was $5.57, Aldi $5.89, and surprisingly Dollar General was the most expensive at $6.10. I wonder if a lot of people don't realize that many Great Value brand items at Walmart are actually made by the same manufacturers behind popular name-brand products — like their sandwich bread from Sara Lee. And this is actually true for most if not all major stores — their store-brand items are often made by the same companies that produce the name brands right next to them on the shelf. It really shows that choosing budget-friendly options doesn’t mean settling for less quality. But the bigger message is this, we don’t always know what someone else is dealing with — their budget, their location, their transportation, or what’s even available within miles of home. For some families, that corner store or budget brand is the only realistic option. Are you someone who reaches for the store-brand versions to stretch your budget, or are you more of a name-brand-only shopper?

Today, we announced the launch of Zepto Atom - an advanced data insights subscription for Consumer Brands in India. The Zepto Atom subscription is a top-up to the already existing Zepto Brand Portal (which gives brands listed on the Zepto platform basic day-to-day data on their performance on Zepto and is available for free). The value of the Zepto Atom subscription is the next level of insights brands can derive from this tool, most of which are not available on any e-commerce platform in India today. For example: 1) PIN-code-by-PIN-code market share data and brand performance: Through Zepto Atom, brands can examine a live map of every neighbourhood and PIN code they have presence on Zepto and derive hyperlocal insights on their performance. For example, a brand can see on Zepto Atom Maps that their sales are under-indexed in the western neighbourhoods of Hyderabad and double down on pricing, marketing, or distribution efforts in those geographies to unlock growth. 2) Live metrics visibility refreshed every minute: On Zepto Atom, brands can see minute-by-minute sales, customer impressions, and conversion data and optimise advertising campaigns, pricing, and their product range according to different consumption trends for their products throughout the day and week. 3) Zepto GPT: Zepto Atom has an in-house Natural Language Processing (NLP) assistant that is trained on the Zepto Data set to give brands insights that can improve their performance. For example, brands can ask Zepto GPT "How can I grow my market share in Bengaluru for the protein bar category?" or "What are the key consumer preferences driving energy drink sales among Gen Z in Mumbai?". Zepto GPT then analyses the vast datasets within Zepto Atom to provide actionable answers, strategic recommendations, and even generates data reports on behalf of the brand. 4) Advanced Behavioural Data: Zepto Atom goes beyond basic sales and conversion data. We are now providing brands data on customer repeatability and retention, share of voice in search and home page, full-funnel visibility on customer purchase behaviour with their product etc. We will be doing a detailed webinar for all our partner brands this Friday at 3 PM to formally kick off onboarding to Zepto Atom. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Ed Zitron said on Bloomberg that every dollar you spend on an AI subscription burns between three and thirteen dollars behind the scenes. The price you pay has almost nothing to do with what the product costs. Your twenty dollar plan feels cheap because it is supposed to. The real cost of running the model on your prompts is several times what you hand over. The gap is covered by venture capital, not by the business working. That gap cannot stay open forever. At some point the price has to move toward the real cost. When it does, the product you built your day around gets more expensive or gets worse. Probably both. We have already seen the preview. When Anthropic raised its real token rates last year, the startups built on top of it had to scramble. Cursor, one of the fastest growing coding tools in the world, was forced to tear up its pricing overnight because the underlying cost it had been shielded from suddenly landed on its books. That is the whole industry in miniature. Everyone downstream is building on a number that is not real yet. Millions of people are wiring AI into how they work, how they write, how they code. They are doing it at a price that exists to hook them, not to last. The subsidy is not generosity. It is a customer acquisition cost with an expiration date. The bill is coming. Most people building on top of it have no idea what their workflow actually costs. Watch the interview on Bloomberg Podcasts

BAANX AT ETHCC CANNES: THE FUTURE OF PAYMENTS TOOK CENTER STAGE While Cannes is famous for red carpets and film premieres, this year's ETHCC proved that the real blockbuster story was happening on the 4th floor of Palais des Festivals, where Baanx was rewriting the script for crypto payments. THE MAIN EVENT: SIMON JONES ON PAYMENTS EVOLUTION Chief Commercial Officer commanded the Main Stage with a simple but powerful message: "Why spending crypto should feel like spending cash." It wasn't just a presentation, it was a manifesto for the future of finance. Simon, an OG who's been bridging traditional finance and decentralized tech long before it was cool, didn't mince words about what's at stake. His specialty? Finding solutions that make crypto payments more accessible, secure, and impactful. And at ETHCC, he delivered exactly that vision. BUILDING BRANDS THAT USERS ACTUALLY OWN. When asked about "Building a Brand and Product in Web3," Simon dropped some serious knowledge: "Building brands in web3 is how you start to look at different concepts in the product that have been in existence and redefine how you can reach the global audience. Building a brand in web3 is truly about building a brand that people feel they have a level of ownership engagement." This wasn't corporate speak, this was someone who understands that Web3 isn't just about technology; it's about fundamentally changing the relationship between brands and users. emphasized that "web3 branding is how you build something that connects you to the users" and Baanx is living proof of this philosophy. THE MARKET LEADER PLAYBOOK Simon's formula for dominance was refreshingly straightforward: "You got to build a product that people like, in order to be a market leader." But he didn't stop there. He stressed the importance of building "a product that people interact with everyday" while staying true to brand values and helping users understand the real benefits. WHAT Baanx SHOWCASED: THE CRYPTO LIFE REVOLUTION The Baanx Investment team wasn't just talking theory, they were demonstrating real solutions. Their booth became a magnet for anyone curious about earning crypto just by swiping their Crypto Life Life Card. The value prop was clear: fast, transparent, and low-cost solutions for moving money globally, with just a few lines of code for integration. But here's what set them apart: true self-custody solutions. While others promise decentralization, Baanx delivers it, empowering users with full control over their digital assets without relying on third parties. THE ENTERPRISE GAME-CHANGER Simon Jone's track record speaks volumes. Under his leadership, Baanx has secured incredible enterprise partnerships with industry giants like MetaMask 🦊 and Ledger. These aren't just partnerships, they're validation that Baanx is solving real problems for real businesses. LOOKING FORWARD: THE FINTECH REVOLUTION As fintech companies play an increasingly important role in the global economy, Baanx positioned itself as the key driver of growth in the sector. Their platform is already helping well-known fintech brands expand their product offerings and reach new customers. THE CANNES TAKEAWAY What happened at #ETHCC Cannes wasn't just another crypto conference. It was a glimpse into a future where spending crypto feels as natural as spending cash, where brands build genuine ownership relationships with users, and where the bridge between traditional finance and Web3 isn't just a concept, it's a reality. Simon Jones and the $BXX team didn't just attend ETHCC; they owned it. And based on what they showcased, the future of payments is in very capable hands. The question isn't whether crypto payments will go mainstream, it's whether you'll be part of the revolution. 🔗
