U.S. Patent 6,506,148 is titled "Nervous System Manipulation by Electromagnetic Fields from Monitors.” It describes a method for influencing a human subject's nervous system through the use of electromagnetic fields emitted by devices like computer monitors and television sets. 📡📺💻 The inventor, Hendricus G. Loos, suggests that pulsing the images on these displays at specific frequencies can trigger physical responses through sensory resonance. ⚠️ These subtle pulses can be integrated directly into video content or layered over an existing signal to interact with a viewer's skin. 📹📱⚡ Remarkably, the technology is designed to function even when the visual fluctuations are subliminal, meaning they are too faint for the user to see or consciously perceive. 👀 Ultimately, the system aims to remotely manipulate human bodies by using everyday hardware as a transmission device for electromagnetic stimulation. And the scariest part? This patent has been public since 2003. So why is this important to understand? Your nervous system runs the show. 🧠⚡ It controls your immune system, hormones, digestion, detox, and sleep. Every healing response starts there. If you’re stuck in stress mode, your body stays in survival and cannot repair. 🚨 Healing isn’t just chemical. It’s electrical. ⚡🧬 You can eat clean and take supplements, but if your nervous system is overloaded, healing slows down. That alone should make us more mindful about nervous system health. Excess screen time, stress, artificial light, and constant stimulation can disrupt sleep, mood, and physiology. 😴📱🌙 Instead of fear: 📵 Limit screens before bed 🌙 Use blue-light filters ☀️ Prioritize sunlight, grounding, and sleep 💧 Support detox pathways 🛡️ Strengthen your biology 🧠 Awareness matters. Discernment matters more. Don’t let screen time hijack your nervous system. 7 Ancient Indian Habits that can reverse you age. 1️⃣ Brahma Muhurta Alignment Waking before sunrise isn’t discipline, it’s hormonal alignment. Ancient texts knew cortisol, melatonin, and circadian rhythm long before science named them. This single ritual resets digestion, skin repair and cellular repair. 🧠 Modern science now confirms early light exposure regulates longevity genes. 2️⃣ Oil Abhyanga (Daily Self-Massage) Warm oil massage isn’t luxury, it’s nervous system therapy. It reduces oxidative stress, nourishes skin barriers, lubricates joints, and calms Vata (the main aging dosha). ✨ Skin ages slower when the nervous system feels safe. 3️⃣ Eating With the Sun, Not the Clock Ancient Indians ate when Agni (digestive fire) was strongest. mid-day. Late dinners age you faster. 🔥 Better digestion = better nutrient absorption = slower aging. 4️⃣ Seasonal Living (Ritucharya) Your body is not designed to eat mangoes in winter or salads in monsoon. Ancient India followed seasonal detox, foods, and routines, keeping inflammation low year round. 5️⃣ Nasya (Nasal Oil Therapy) A few drops of oil in the nose daily protects the brain, sinuses, hormones, and skin glow. This ritual keeps memory sharp, hair thick, and face youthful. 6️⃣ Silence & Maun (Intentional Quiet Time) Aging accelerates when the mind never rests. Ancient sages practiced silence to reduce mental toxins (Ama). 🧘‍♀️ Less mental noise = lower cortisol = slower cellular aging. 7️⃣ Squatting, Sitting on the Floor & Natural Movement Gyms came later. Indian bodies stayed young through functional movement, squatting, cross-leg sitting, barefoot walking. No methods or therapy can stop your aging but it can be made slower without chemicals. I help many peoples with their lifestyle diseases. If you want full reset of body Follow & Comment "Reset" i will share .

You Can Heal Yourself With Nature Movement - By moving our body we give strength to our muscles, promote blood flow and lymphatic flow enhancing the delivery of nutrients and the removal of waste products. We also create a piezoelectric effect that energises the system. Breathing - The delivery of air into the body through intentional conscious breathing is one of the most powerful modalities for nervous system renewal, mental peace and the delivery of oxygen to the body and the removal of carbonic acid buildup from the system Sunshine - It’s my belief that the more sunlight we absorb without sunscreen, the healthier we will become. A tan looks good because it is healthy and every part of your body thrives when sunlight touches it delivering blood flow as well as a high frequency and energy Grounding - Existing in connection with the earth’s electrical fields resets everything about our energy, reduces inflammation and promotes the movement of proper channels such as detox - it’s a fantastic practice to be connected to nature. Green light - When sunlight moves through trees and leaves we receive Green light by which is very healing and high in near infrared light, in fact it is one of the most healing modalities to absorb in your skin particularly if you have any abrasions or wounds - even more powerful than red light . Fresh air - The first nutrient, having fresh air that is rich in oxygen is absolutely imperative to health and you should always have all of your windows open in the house if possible when not outside. Positive thinking - Whatever you think, shall become and having and cultivating a positive mindset that intentionally brings you positive energy is one of the cornerstones to great health. You can think yourself into sickness and you can think yourself into health so choose to view the world in a positive light and so it’ll be for you.

RULE #18 OF THE PRIMAL DIET Drink raw milkshakes. The raw milkshake is a recipe and one of the most important items on the Primal Diet. It reinforces the body, in particular the mucous linings, which are essential to protect bodily tissues from toxin damage. It strengthens parts of the body that other foods cannot, most of the time, as it is the best combination of foods to help the body restore mucus. Mucus protects the mucous membranes in the intestines, kidney, etc. Contrary to certain beliefs, mucus is not toxic. It is part of the body and remains internally. When mucus is expelled, is during detoxification, as a vessel that contains the toxins, but it is not a toxin itself, it protects from them. Toxins can deplete the mucus lining in the body, exposing tissues and organs to damage. This manifests in heartburn, being constantly drained, and other ways. So it is important to reconstitute the mucus layers that buffer those toxins, with milkshakes. Eating raw meat, raw fat, etc., should in theory give everything the body needs to make anything it needs. However, for most people, because of limitations induced by toxicity and long-term deficiencies, it often takes the combination of foods in raw milkshakes to let the body generate the appropriate amounts of mucus. It takes a whole raw egg, raw milk, and extra raw cream (that extra fat is necessary), with a bit of unheated honey to facilitate the digestion of this complex mix. Blend them together. Most people can’t hold a Reverse Plank because their nervous system doesn’t feel safe being that exposed. Collapsed shoulders and tight hips are postures of defense. This pose invites the body to leave that state. One minute a day can begin to reverse years of silent tension. If you want the fitness results you see in your mind to become real, you’ll need to teach your body how to relax first. Otherwise, forget the great transformation. You'll burn out before coming close to changing. At first, you may need to adjust the position or do shorter sets. You will notice slight improvements each time, whether it is strength, mobility, or endurance. One day, you will unlock the posture and feel much lighter within. Form Cues: - Hands shoulder-width apart, fingers pointing toward feet or slightly outward - Press palms firmly into the ground to engage shoulders - Lift hips in line with shoulders and heels - Squeeze glutes and push hips up, avoid letting them drop. - Keep legs straight and active, heels grounded - Draw shoulder blades down and together - Open the chest. - Gaze slightly upward or keep neck neutral - Breathe steadily, through the nose if possible - Hold tension evenly through arms, core, and legs Here are three adjustments you could make to ease into the Reverse Plank: 1. Bend the knees slightly - What it does: Reduces the load on tight hip flexors and stiff shoulders. - How to do it: Instead of keeping the legs fully straight, maintain a small bend at the knees and press through the heels. Focus on lifting the hips and opening the chest. 2. Use yoga blocks under the hands - What it does: Elevates the wrists and reduces wrist extension strain, especially for people with limited mobility or wrist pain. - How to do it: Place yoga blocks (or low, stable books) under your palms to give your shoulders more space and reduce the pressure on the wrists. 3. Turn the fingers outward slightly - What it does: Opens up tight shoulders and reduces internal rotation. - How to do it: Instead of pointing the fingers directly toward the feet, turn them slightly outward (about 30–45 degrees). This gives the shoulders more room to move and helps you stay open. You're not reading this by accident. Start using Reverse Planks to take your quality of life to the next level.

The Bro Split that every young lad gets sold on looks like this.⠀ ⠀ Monday: Chest⠀ Tuesday: Back⠀ Wednesday: Rest⠀ Thursday: Legs⠀ Friday: Shoulders⠀ Saturday: Arms⠀ Sunday: Rest⠀ ⠀ And yes, Arnold did it. Arnold also took enough drugs to sedate a medium-sized country, so perhaps not the most transferable template.⠀ ⠀ The problem is simple. Each muscle here gets hit once a week. Train hard enough and you'll trigger a window of muscle protein synthesis that runs for roughly 2-3 days. After that the window closes, and the muscle fibres begin to catabolise slowly. The back half of the week isn't neutral. It's quietly eroding the growth stimulus you picked up on Monday.⠀ ⠀ Once a week is not a holding pattern. It's a losing one.⠀ ⠀ The fix is training each muscle at least twice. An upper/lower split does this cleanly.⠀ ⠀ Monday: Upper⠀ Tuesday: Lower⠀ Wednesday: Rest⠀ Thursday: Upper⠀ Friday: Rest⠀ Saturday: Lower⠀ Sunday: Rest⠀ ⠀ Same days in the gym. Every muscle getting two shots at the growth window per week instead of one.⠀ ⠀ If there's a specific muscle you want to bring up faster, glutes being the obvious example, you can push that to three times a week with a full body approach, hitting the priority muscle first in every session when you're freshest.⠀ ⠀ Monday: Full Body (glutes first)⠀ Wednesday: Full Body (glutes first)⠀ Friday: Full Body (glutes first)⠀ ⠀ More frequent stimulus. More growth windows captured. Less of the week spent sliding backwards.⠀ ⠀ The Bro Split isn't useless. It just isn't optimal. And if you're going to spend the time, you may as well spend it on something that actually works.⠀ ⠀ Minimum twice a week per muscle. Three if you're serious about a lagging group. The rest is just detail.
