As a older guy mid 40's .. I can tell you most of that does not matter... Focus on having time... Laughing and staying away from fast food... Move walk etc.. ..... and find a woman that does not have to be perfect but has faith in something bigger then herself. She will then have morals and values..

Then have a wife want a divorce out of the blue and you have 2 children , Wipe you out for 15 years in child support court under threat of Prison if you don't pay current.
