Most people drive past billboards every day without a second thought. That might be the most expensive thing they never noticed. A piece of land in Phoenix. Almost 2 acres. Billboard on it making $5,000 a year. Most people would have ignored it. One phone call to a billboard...

Daniel Bitton reveals he ran an experiment: $5,000 on clipping got 64 million views, a $5,000 billboard got 62 scans “We spent 5,000 on the most popular billboard in Toronto, 24,000 people walked by it in a day, it got 62 scans to the QR code, only 62” “Then we spent 5,000 on a content rewards campaign and we got 64 million views, 80% USA audience, over 15,000 clicks to our website straight from that campaign”

Trump on Jan 6th pardons: There was a lot of patriotism with those people. They did a recording and they asked me if I would do the voice-over and I did. It was the number 1 selling whatever you call it album, song whatever you call it. It was the number 1 selling song on billboard, on everything for so long. People get it. They wanted to see those people.

🇬🇧 Magna Carta had a twin. It was law for 754 years. You've never heard of it. After 1066, the Normans claimed the forests of England. Not just the trees... Villages, farmland, rivers. One third of the country. Land ordinary people had farmed for centuries. Taken. Hunt a deer to feed your family? They blinded you. Cut down a tree to heat your home? They took your hands. 1215. The barons forced King John to sign Magna Carta. The most famous document in English history. But Magna Carta was for the barons. Not for the people in the forests. Two years later. 1217. A second charter was sealed. The Charter of the Forest. This one was for everyone. The right to gather firewood. The right to graze your animals. The right to fish the streams. No more blinding. No more mutilation. For gathering wood. For the first time in English law, ordinary people had rights to the land. Not given by the king. Taken from him. 754 years. It was law until 1971. Every common in England. Every village green. Every right of way. The idea that land belongs to everyone... It started here. 🇬🇧 They taught you Magna Carta. They never taught you this. Be Proud Of Us. 🇬🇧

Apple spending $10B across 10 years to build a new product is equivalent to spending $83M per month or $3M a day. This was NOT just a side project, it was a MAJOR project that was supposed to build the first Apple Car to take on Tesla head on. This week the largest company in the world waved the white flag and gave up on it. Every Tesla you see on the road is proof that the company & team accomplished the impossible, which is creating an EV that autonomously drives itself, one that is produced at scale & at a profit, and one that people absolutely love.

Listen to every word “You're saying if you have a media machine that purposefully lies to its people to maintain a political fiction and get themselves power, that is the hallmark of an authoritarian system, not a democratic system” “Absolutely.” “Well, if we were ever to get something like that in the United States, we would be horrified, furious to know that there was an entire media organization designed to bend reality, to manipulate facts, to maintain power. It would, if I may, and I don't, I'm, I'm not trying to slam Hungary. It would never happen in the United States. It would never happen in the United States. It's just not, I almost can't even conjure it. Imagine it. It must be very difficult to live in a country where one media organization out of whole cloth, knowingly, explicitly, maybe even in meetings behind the scenes, might say, we are lying to our audience. Holy sh*t. And then call for news people to be fired for telling the truth. I mean, if something like that happened in the United States, it would be a dark day indeed. So I appreciate you raising the alarm bells for us.” Jon Stewart using sarcasm to drive home an important point. The media in America has created an authoritarian system and it must end. We should all be outraged and demand it end. Restore the Smith–Mundt Act

To see the mullahs toppled would be a tremendous advance for the people of Iran and the Middle East. But most critically, it would be a massive improvement in the national security of the United States.

ELON: WHILE TODAY FOOD IS PLENTIFUL, MOST PEOPLE'S PRIMARY GOAL IN HISTORY WAS TO NOT STARVE TO DEATH "For most of human history, a good year would be one where not that many people in your village died of the plague, starvation, freezing to death, or being killed by a neighboring village. It's like, well, it wasn't that bad. We lost only 5% this year, it was a good year. That would be par for the course. Just not starving to death would have been the primary goal of most people throughout history. Just making sure we'll have enough food to last through the winter and not freeze or whatever. Now, food is plentiful, we have an obesity problem." Source: Lex Fridman Podcast, December 2021

Pat McAfee says people called him an idiot for retiring from the NFL with $6,000,000 left on his contract to pursue media. He later agreed to a reported $85 million licensing deal with ESPN in 2023 “I retired very early. A lot of people said I was dumb. A lot of people said I was an idiot when I retired. Six million bucks on the table, all that yada yada yada. “Did it make it easier to hang it up after hearing that? Maybe not, but it also got me to a mental point that was like, ‘I'm fucking making it. These people are not going to be right’”

🪽: I've been thinking if I'm going to perfom it must have a little upbeat. 🗣️: Is it finished yet, or are you still in the process with the 4 remaining songs? 🪽: Right now, I'm about to record the third one. 🗣️: About to record the 3rd one so that means it’s not being recorded in Thailand? 🪽: It's in Thailand 🗣️: Oh in Thailand? I thought it was a hint 🪽: But the hint is that the second song should be around the end of the month, beginning of the month, end of the month (I see what you did there Beck). 🗣️: Oh, so that means this song and the second one are only about a month apart. 🪽: Yes, because I want to give people a little time to digest Skin first, then unto the next song. #SkinRebeccaArmstrong

WOAH 🚨 New digital billboards are being put up in Santa Monica that allegedly will be able to use a signal to connect to your phone and push advertisements to it “One city manager, Elaine Polachek, was behind all of this and she worked on the legislation WHILE SHE WAS ALSO ON THE BOARD OF THE ACTUAL COMPANY that's lobbying to do this” Brookerteejones “So that billboard right behind me will connect whatever advertisement is being advertised right there. Automatically, it will connect with your phone when you walk by” “Yeah, so these are gonna be very, very big on the light pollution side, but also on the profit side for the people that are behind this. And what it does is it has something called Radar Connect — and what that is, some outdoor advertising that syncs with the lidar in your phone as you walk by. And as you walk by, you might see an advertisement outside for Sephora, and then the next time you open your phone, you will see an ad for Sephora. So it's very invasive. No one asked for this, but one city manager, Elaine Polachek, was behind all of this, and she worked on the legislation while she was also on the board of the actual company that's lobbying to do this. So it's a big conflict of interest that went super unnoticed” “So say Sephora is being advertised on that billboard right there. Once you walk past that, all of a sudden, Sephora is gonna connect with your phone. So this is invading your privacy. By walking past that, it's connecting directly to your phone. Just another way leaders in America and California can actually see what's on your phone” The claim in this video is wild and alleged, we will have to see what’s actually installed and if it will work as described Here’s how this technology already works right now: - The board just plays ads - Your mobile location data is shared by your apps and sold - Based on that location data, these billboards know “this device was near that campaign” - You then get out on an audience list - Companies can now buy ads against that list and target you This is incredibly invasive. Now just by walking by a sign on the road advertisers will know, have your data and put you on lists for other advertisers How is this legal

SOUTH AFRICA, ZIMBABWE, AFRICA, APARTHEID, COLONIAL SEGREGATION, PRIVATE PROPERTY AND LAND REFORM Very often, when people talk about Expropriation of Land Without Compensation, or Nationalisation, etc, some people rush to the now common threat: "you will starve like Zimbabwe". To be clear, Zimbabwe's land reform was never about really giving land to Africans. Mugabe, a European puppet of note, was only caught off guard by War Veterans who had run out of patience, and he acceded only because he was on the verge of losing power. So, Zimbabwe is a bad example. Now, Chris Kunzler here makes one of the most important cases for land reform, giving Alexandra as an example, where vast tracts of land lie unused (and owned by Europeans who inherited the land from previous thieves), but the land cannot be used to resettle the crowded people of Alex. A drive around Gauteng will show that there exists these vast tracts of land around the most overpopulated townships, but the government cannot use this land because it is obscenely priced for the willing buyer and willing seller BS.

Life Inside a Town Owned by One Company 🇺🇸 Today we’re heading deep into the desert to the largest functioning company town in America where one company owns everything and almost everyone works for it. Most think company towns are a thing of the past, but a few still exist. We’ll explore the town, meet the locals, and see a side of America most never do.

He walked into a small shop and made it visible to the entire planet. One afternoon. 170 scans. A free app on his phone. He gets $400 for the scan. $99 every month for hosting. The result: a full 3D virtual tour anyone can walk through in a browser. Every shelf. Every product. Every detail of a store that most people would never find on a map. The owner gets more online visitors in a week than she got in-store visitors in a month. That gap is the business. Month one: $3,500. Month six: $18,000. The same model works for hotels, real estate listings, event venues, car dealerships, museums. Every physical space in every city is an untapped asset. Most owners have no idea this exists. He didn't wait for the right client. He walked into a shop and made one.

Sam Altman said something recently that most people skimmed and immediately forgot. That was a mistake. Altman: “If it’s me and X hundred GPUs, we can do the work of a whole software team.” Not twice as fast. Not three times as efficient. One person. One team’s output. Zero team. The entire architecture of the modern company was built to solve a single problem. Coordinating human labor. Org charts. Management layers. Hiring pipelines. Performance reviews. HR departments. Slack channels with forty people and no decisions. Every piece of corporate infrastructure exists because humans are slow, expensive, and need to be organized. Remove the coordination problem and the infrastructure collapses on contact. We spent two years debating whether AI makes workers more productive. That was the wrong debate entirely. 2x productivity is a raise. One person replacing an entire team is a structural extinction event. Altman: “You start to hear people say I’m able to do the work of a whole team with these tools.” This is not a productivity story. This is a headcount story. Every company on Earth is currently valued on the assumption that scaling output requires scaling people. That assumption is wrong. It was always wrong. We just never had the tool to prove it. The company that figures this out first does not get a competitive advantage. It gets an irreversible one. One operator. Hundreds of GPUs. The output of a team that no longer needs to exist. No salaries. No standups. No friction. Most people will read Altman’s words, nod, and scroll past. A small number will understand that something structural just shifted beneath them. They will build accordingly. The companies that define the next decade will not be the ones with the most people. They will be the ones with the fewest people who understood what compute replaced. For a hundred years, you needed more people to do more work. That was never a strategy. It was a constraint we mistook for a law. The org chart was a monument to human limitation. The limitation just vanished. And everything built on top of it is now standing on nothing.
