As you look through the US right now, it's really hard to find a sustainable source of power that's sub six cents a kilowatt hour, and you're talking about Bitzero that's below four cents. It's become extremely attractive, and since then it's gone public, which is great, and it's become very attractive beyond Bitcoin mining. Bitcoin mining is one of the things that it does, and it's great for free cash flow, but its real asset value is the fact it has permits, land, water, fiber, and sub six cents a kilowatt hour power. Show me anything like that, and I'll invest in it. I run around all over North America and in Europe trying to find sub six cents a kilowatt sustainable long-term power contracts.

Many people consider Bitzero a data center company, but I buy it as a power play. What that company has done for the last five years is to go get power contracts that are mid-term and long-term at attractive prices. Before they do anything else, they get the power contract from the government. Bitzero is a power play and it's one of my larger holdings in infrastructure.

What they've done is search the globe looking for the lowest cost of power, sustainable electric power, some nuclear power, sub six cents a kilowatt hour. You can mine bitcoin on their land or you can do Ethereum, or you can build a data center. Everybody in AI has to have power, land, permits, and water. BitZero has them. It's an infrastructure play and I find a lot less risky than figuring out who's going to win in AI. Everybody needs what BitZero has, power.
