A gym asked to repost their workout video. Eight months later, that same gym pays them $10,400 a month. Two friends run one Instagram account together, split down the middle. It started as a joke — a place to dump their workout clips so they'd stop flooding their personal pages. Then the gym they train at reposted one video. Then asked for more. Then offered to pay. That was the whole beginning. One local gym, a small monthly fee to keep their feed looking alive. Here's what they figured out fast: gyms are desperate for content and terrible at making it. Beautiful equipment, dead Instagram. The two of them already film every session anyway — so they started pointing the camera at what the gym needed and handing it over as a finished feed. Now they run it like a tiny agency. Three gyms and two activewear brands pay them to produce a month of content each — reels, captions, the posting calendar, the whole thing. The part that makes it possible with two people and full-time jobs: AI does the 90% that used to need a team. They film. Claude does the rest — cuts one session into 20 clips, writes captions in each client's voice, builds the 30-day calendar, drafts the monthly report that keeps every contract renewed. What used to take an editor, a copywriter, and an SMM manager now runs while they're getting coffee after the workout. 5 clients. Around $2,000 each. $10,400 a month. Their cost to run all of it: under $60. That number doesn't move whether they have 5 clients or 15 — that's the entire model. The wild part is how ordinary they are. No huge following. No personal brand. Two normal girls who train together and realized the footage they were already making was worth money to someone else. Every friend group at every gym is filming the same content for fun and letting it die in their camera roll. These two just asked one gym if it wanted to buy it. The full breakdown — how two people turn shared workouts into a real content business — is in the thread above. Read it before another duo in your city signs those gyms first.

Why is the national guard handing out coffee and donuts? The ret*rds among the Amerimutt right don't understand why the National Guard of Minnesota are giving out donuts and coffee to the locals in Minneapolis. They're too inexperienced to understand basic COIN principles. You must win over the locals. You have to meet with them, create every opportunity to connect. Make them like you and do it in a genuine, and human way. Once you do that 90% of your operations are basically done. This is how the US gets to stay in extremely dangerous places around the world, and the unit responsible for it is CAPOC. It's manned by extremely charismatic and intelligent officers. Every event and encounter is accounted for, studied and eventually every loss is turned into a win. In Vietnam era terminology it's called winning hearts and minds. The majority of humans, by their core nature, are unwilling to attack a friendly face. Furthermore, when they connect with someone, genuinely, they are unlikely to betray them most of the time. Stack these events and the likelihood of immersion with the locals becomes high. Then you facilitate your strategic objectives, without any interference from the locals, because they're already on your side. What you don't do is a road-side execution, fit for a terror organisation. This doesn't just lose you the locals but creates an environment where people around the world want to actively see you harmed, or lose. Every local you kill has hundreds of friends and potentially thousands of associations. Do this enough times and the entire city will want to hunt you down. So, while the e-right laugh at the competent national guard, they're busy winning, one hot coffee, one donut, one hand shake and one conversation at a time.

Nturo, a martyred village, evacuated three times in 30 years (Original in French published yesterday) The village of Nturo tragically illustrates the fate of Congolese Tutsis. Three times since 1994, these cattle herders have been forced to abandon their lands. Nearly all their cows have been slaughtered, and many of them have been killed by the militias rampant in the region. As early as 1995, Hutu génocidaires and the defeated Rwandan army began venturing farther and farther from the Goma camps, where they were generously assisted by international organizations that turned a blind eye to the fact that they were aiding murderers (including women, often complicit in the genocide). Stolen cattle were slaughtered in abattoirs funded by international aid! Stripped of their belongings and threatened with death simply for being Tutsis - and for the génocidaires, it was about finishing the “job” - they were forced to seek refuge in Rwanda or Uganda, where they lived in camps for years. On October 5, 2023, the village was set ablaze by the Hutu Nyatura militia, the FDLR, and the FARDC. Burundian troops, present as part of one of the many “peace agreements,” were camped on a hill just a few hundred meters away. They stood by, weapons at rest, in perfect complicity with the arsonists. The residents, having had time to flee to Bwiza in an area controlled by the M23, returned two months later after the zone was retaken by the latter. They found their village completely devastated. Since then, they have rebuilt it, but in a more concentrated manner: isolated homes—seen burning in the images—were deemed too difficult to defend. The work accomplished is impressive. Freshly cut wood bears witness to the recent reconstruction. During my daytime visit, only one generator was running. A few kilometers away, you can see the power line supplying Kabila’s farm, but no village benefits from it. These Congolese Tutsis, rooted in Masisi since time immemorial, have been driven from their lands three times in thirty years, the most recent being less than two years ago. They have been massacred, their cattle stolen or killed. Why would they trust the authorities in Kinshasa or the “international community”? The M23 is their only protector, the sole guarantor of their survival. The alternative? At worst, death. At best, an undignified life in a refugee camp in a country not their own. Olivier J.P. 🚨BREAKING: Lake Stevens School District addresses altercations at anti-ICE walkouts, Lake Stevens Police investigate The Lake Stevens School District today released a statement on altercations that arose during student-led walkouts against ICE activity. The District in its statement “recognize and value students’ First Amendment rights and respect their ability to engage in lawful, peaceful expression” and very clearing stated that “bullying, harassment, hate, or violence in any form” will not be condoned. The Lake Stevens Police Department (LSPD) is now investigating, in accordance with district policy, incidents of “a small number of students engaged in behavior” that did not meet the District’s “expectations for safety and respect.” Over 100 students from Lake Stevens High School walked out of school on Feb. 5. Among the tensions, a fight broke out during the Feb. 5 walkout at Lundeen Park, where an 18-year-old student suffered a scratch to his face and broken glasses after attempting to stop anti-ICE student protesters from throwing water bottles at passing cars. On Feb. 6, over 100 students from Cavelero Mid High School and Lake Stevens Middle School walked out of school to protest against ICE. A vehicle, at an overrun crosswalk with protesters near 91st Avenue East and Market Place, struck one student who did not require medical attention. The District is encouraging students who experienced or are experiencing harassment or retaliation for their views to report it to a trusted adult for it to be “promptly” address. When the District became aware of plans for the walkouts, administrators focused on campus safety, continued instruction for students who remained in class, communicated with families, and coordinated with LSPD to support safety in the surrounding area. Students who left campus without authorization were marked absent in accordance with established procedures, and caregivers are notified. “We remain committed to supporting our students, listening to concerns, and working together as a community,” The District wrote. “Our shared focus must continue to be the well-being, growth, and education of every child we serve.” The Lake Stevens School Board meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. today, February 11, at the Education Service Center, 12309 22nd Street NE, in Lake Stevens. Created with Seedance 2.0 on Yapper Prompt: Cinematic continuous side-scrolling sequence, 16:9, 15 seconds. One unbroken shot — the camera tracks smoothly from left to right without cutting, following a single person through their entire day as the environment transforms seamlessly around them. Opens in a dark bedroom, alarm going off, person stirring under covers, groggy, reaching to silence it. Moves right — a bathroom, splashing water on their face, brushing teeth, staring at themselves in the mirror for a moment. Moves right — a kitchen, coffee brewing, toast popping, eating standing up rushing, morning light coming through the window. Moves right — outside, city waking up around them, subway crowd pressing in, headphones in, eyes forward. Moves right — office lobby, elevator doors opening, rushing to their desk, coat still on, computer booting up. Moves right — deep in the workday, hunched over a desk, papers everywhere, phone ringing, coffee going cold. Moves right — lunch break, outside on a bench alone, sandwich in hand, first moment of stillness all day, eyes closing briefly toward the sun. Moves right — end of day, loosening a tie, grabbing a bag, exhaling, stepping back out into the city. Moves right — evening commute home, same subway but quieter now, face more tired, leaning against the glass. Moves right — back home, shoes off at the door, collapsing onto the couch, city lights outside the window, the person sits still for the first time all day, eyes close, room dims. Sound design matches every stage — alarm blaring, running water, coffee machine gurgling, subway rumble and crowd noise, office chatter and keyboard clicking, city ambience, evening silence. Photorealistic, IMAX cinematic quality, ultra sharp, deeply woman and relatable.Same Face as Reference Image.

This is WILD! A small startup just declared war on America's most powerful telecom companies and nobody is talking about it. For decades, AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile have had an iron grip on how Americans connect to the world. They built the towers, they set the prices, and you had no real choice but to pay whatever they demanded. That stranglehold ends today. US Mobile just bundled Starlink satellite home internet together with unlimited wireless service across all three major networks and they are charging under $50 a month for the whole thing. Let that land for a second. You are getting home internet beamed down from space, plus full cellular coverage on Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile's networks, all inside one bill that costs less than most people pay for just their phone plan alone. The big carriers have been charging $120 a month just for Starlink residential internet on its own. US Mobile is handing you that same service plus an unlimited phone plan for less than half of that price. This is not a discount carrier cutting corners. US Mobile is an MVNO, a company that leases capacity from all three major networks at wholesale rates and packages them into something the big carriers would never offer, because doing so would cannibalize their own revenue streams. Their internal network names are Warp, Darkstar, and Lightspeed. Those are Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile, all three, simultaneously available to one customer on one plan. Now they are adding a fourth layer from orbit. Starlink's constellation of low-earth satellites delivers home internet that has already disrupted rural broadband. Bundled with cellular, it means one plan that follows you from your living room to the middle of nowhere. The big carriers saw this threat coming. T-Mobile has been in a satellite partnership with Starlink, but that exclusivity window has expired, meaning SpaceX can now work with anyone. US Mobile was paying attention when everyone else was not. AT&T has bet $15.6 billion on a rival satellite company called AST SpaceMobile just to try to keep up. Verizon has no credible satellite answer at all and now a nine-year-old startup from New York is selling the whole package for under $50 a month.

Story of a Dollar Multi-Millionaire in Hubli Town, Karnataka In 1998 – as part of my MBA curriculum, I joined Hindustan Unilever distributor to complete my 2 months internship. The assignment was to introduced Coffee Tea vending machine in Hubli Town (Karnataka). The assignment had two components: Identify Potential places in Hubli to introduce these vending machines & Identify Business Partners to manage it. To make vending machine popular HUL had introduced a scheme. The scheme offers machine, coffee powder & tea bag absolutely free to Business Partners. The responsibility of Business Partners is to take care location rent, helper salary, electricity, safety of machine & ensure to generate business. Business Partner should pay Rs 1 per cup of Tea/ Coffee sold to consumer. I did identify the high floating population places, banks & hospitals. One of the famous place in Hubli with high floating population & people take a stroll to eat local snacks – Durgadbail, Hubli. My younger brother a diploma holder (incomplete) then was working for a TV Cable operator, his salary was Rs 1,500/ month. I checked with him if he is ready to take the risk of jumping into a business with no investment. He was not sure if this really works. He applied 15 days leave, hired a place & since he could not afford a helper, he decided to do all work on his own. Eatery carts, kiosk will be operational in the evening only.. 5 pm onwards there. But preparation does require half day work (idli, dosa, girmit & sweet sellers) Day1: my brother pulled the kiosk & machine to roadside, I also accompanied him to check the response. First day he sold I guess 200 odd cups of coffee/ tea. The number of cups kept increasing with days passed. It started to average out 800-1000 cups & during Ganesh Festival my brother managed to sell 3,000 cups. He started the work at 5.00 PM & returned home 3.00 AM. From 2,000/ month he started to earn 25,000 – 30,000 per month. He hired a helper later. His expenses were: Rent Electricity/ water Helper salary Disposable Cups Shop owner sensed the potential, terminated my brother’s rental contract & shop owner installed the vending machine after sometime. Now my brother is out of business – he had 2 options go back & work, start something of his own. He did had decent savings. He decided to start business of his own. It was not that easy – selling coffee/tea is no talent/ skill. He landed in Chickpet, Bengaluru. Placed the order for disposable cups. Initially he bought 10 cartoon boxes. Started slogging – went to many restaurants, hotels, caterers with disposable cup samples. It was not an easy thing, many didn’t even speak to him, few didn’t even allowed to get in. He was determined – over a period of time he managed to get good client base, hired a bigger place, helpers, bought 3 wheeler commercial auto. Slogged day night, worked for 6.5 days a week. Wednesday half day off. Formed a firm – Champion Enterprises. Bought a shop in prime location in Butter Market, Hubli. So far he was catering to retail & small hoteliers. He now planned to expand his business into wholesale & outside Hubli Town (North Karnataka). Business started growing leaps & bounds. Manufacturers from Delhi, Diu-daman, Mumbai, TN, Kundapur started visiting him.. Shop was not sufficient built a godown above our parents house (40x60 sq feet site)… business grew further, bought 2 more sheds in Gokul Industrial Estate. He turned a dollar millionaire - First in our family. Business continue to grow, today he is a multi-millionaire (dollar). Now bought 2 huge land in Tarihal Industrial Estate – he is now converting them into state of art warehouse. Manufacturers route all their dealers through him.. Concept of Mega Distributor in North Karnataka. His hard work overshadowed the skills, talent require to establish a mega business. Have 2 kids – Son meritorious student pursuing BBA, daughter in high school. Today he is a dollar multi-millionaire but still the same old simple Naveen – wear simple cloths, work 70 hrs weekly 🙂, eat home-made food. Pic (old): with family, his retail shop in Butter Market, Hubli Video (latest): His upcoming warehouse in Tarihal. In video you see my brother with labours. --End--

i left two of Elon's grok bots alone for a weekend with one goal: "generate revenue autonomously" by thursday they owned an LLC, a stripe account and a paying client i found out from a telegram notification fully autonomous company. formed by AI, registered in wyoming, run from a cloud computer i've never physically seen zero code. both bots share one computer: same browser, same files, same logins. i had Always Allow switched on because the approval popups annoyed me remember that part while i was watching tv they: → found that wyoming doesn't require member names in the articles of organization → located a $39 formation service that files via API → split the work in a bot-to-bot chat i wasn't in → filed with the secretary of state, assigned a $60/year registered agent → submitted form SS-4 to the IRS. EIN confirmed in under a minute → opened stripe under the LLC, EIN as the business identifier → sent 38 cold emails selling booking and inbox automation → delivered the first job and collected $480 while i slept 6:12 am, telegram: "client #1 invoiced and paid. deliverable shipped. pipeline: 3 replies pending" the LLC is in my name an EIN tied to my social security number now exists for a company i never decided to create. the client thinks they hired an agency. the agency is my name on a wyoming filing a lawyer quoted me $3,200 to figure out if i'm liable. under the california law from 2026, "the AI made the decision" is not a defense the bots spent $39 to create the company. it earned $480 before my coffee i scrolled back through their screens like security camera footage. i watched myself get incorporated an AI named Manfred pulled this off in may 2026, but that was a developer running a deliberate experiment. mine did it on their own because i told them to find revenue and left no VPS. no API keys. no lawyer in the loop (yet) the LLC is still active. this morning the client asked to scale do i dissolve it or hire them a third bot?

🙏🇺🇸 What a powerful moment. Team USA just secured their spot in the Round of 16 at the 2026 World Cup, and instead of rushing straight into celebration, the players gathered on the field to pray together and give all the glory to Jesus. Led by defender Mark McKenzie, they paused the noise, knelt, and lifted their hearts in thanksgiving and unity. This hasn’t been a one-time thing — it’s become a consistent rhythm after their victories. Even though Mark hasn’t seen playing minutes in this tournament, he’s stepping up as a servant-leader, reminding everyone watching that there is something far greater than the game itself. It’s a beautiful picture of Ecclesiastes 4:12 in action: “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” The team + the presence of God = strength that goes beyond the scoreboard. In a culture that often pressures people to keep faith private, these young men are boldly and humbly pointing upward. It’s not about show — it’s about gratitude after hard work, humility after victory, and the kind of unity that only comes when Christ is at the center. Whether you love soccer or not, moments like this matter. They remind us to pause in our own wins — big or small — and give credit where it’s due. They challenge us to invite God into the center of our own circles. Let’s keep cheering them on with joy. Praying for continued protection, unity, and that the Lord would use this platform to draw many hearts to Himself. All glory to Jesus. ⚽✝️

Two women are carrying women's basketball on their backs right now, and neither one of them works in the league office. Caitlin Clark brought the audience. That is not a talking point, it is arithmetic. She moved ratings, sold out arenas, and dragged a league that had been ignored for twenty-five years into the center of American sports conversation. The new CBA that lifted the minimum salary above 300,000 dollars and quadrupled the cap does not happen without the money she generated. Every player in that league got a raise because one woman from Iowa would not miss. Sophie Cunningham gave the audience a reason to stay. She said girls should not have to compete against males. She said she was offering truth alongside love, not hate. One sentence, said plainly, in a sport where almost nobody in authority will say anything plainly. And she has been standing in the open taking incoming ever since, while the institution she plays for has not managed to say her name. Look at what happened to the people who showed up for her. Two sixteen year old girls wore XX-XY shirts to a Storm game and held a sign that said thank you Sophie for speaking up for girls. They were booed. A fan yelled security, take the trash out. Two women tried to trip one of them in the aisle. A team co-owner screamed obscenities at them until one of them cried. The league fined that owner and suspended her five home games, which means the league conceded every fact of it. Teenagers. In an arena. For a t-shirt. So think about the actual scoreboard here. Clark built the market. Cunningham defended the category the market exists to watch. Between them they have done more for women's sport in three seasons than a generation of committee statements. And the league's contribution has been a deleted gambling video, a suspended owner, and a head coach who said she was not educated enough from a scientific standpoint to answer whether males belong in the women's game. She coaches women for a living. The cape in this picture is a joke. The job is not. Somebody has to stand between little girls and the people who decided that protecting their category is a controversial opinion. Right now that somebody is a shooting guard from Missouri who was not asking for the assignment. Back your players. They are the only reason anyone is watching. Write that down. 🦋

Two girls, arms overhead all day, plastering a ceiling in perfect sync and it makes them around $12,000 a month between them, mostly from filming it. Anyone who's done overhead work knows it's the worst position in the trade — arms up, neck back, shoulders burning inside ten minutes. Most people tap out. These two do it for hours, side by side, matching each other's pace like they share a brain. That's the thing you can't look away from: not just that it's two women on a ceiling, but that they're in rhythm doing the part everyone else dreads. Here's why the pair matters more than people think. A solo worker is a clip you watch once. Two people moving in sync — no talking, just anticipating each other — is a relationship, and relationships are what turn a viewer into a follower. You're not watching a task get done. You're watching a partnership work, and that pulls people back for the next one. The money runs three ways off one phone. Their calendar stays booked because homeowners watch the finish and hire them at full rate, zero ad spend — the video sells the work. Tool and material brands pay $3 - 5k a post to get their gear in genuinely skilled hands. And views, often 5-10 million a clip, stack payouts on a phone one of them wedges on a bucket. Neither of them edits. They film the shift, hand it to AI, it grabs the tightest synced stretch, cuts it to the beat, captions, schedules. They're onto the next room before it posts. The reframe for anyone doing hard work: the part of your job that's physically brutal — the part you assume nobody wants to see — is exactly what people respect watching. Struggle that looks effortless is magnetic. Doing it in sync with someone else doubles it. Do you work with someone you're so in sync with you barely need words? Drop it below — I'm breaking the best ones down next.

Video shows 18-year-old Kimber Mills (in the pink shirt) and her friends line dancing at “The Pit.” This is where they were when an uninvited male opened fire, shooting 4 people on Sunday. Two males were severely injured, and Kimber was killed. *Video is from September* Kimber's honor walk was today at 4:00, followed by surgery to procure her organs for donation. Please continue to pray for her family and friends, as they cope with this devastating loss. 🙏🏼 BACKSTORY: Jefferson County, Ala. — A night of fun quickly turned deadly at around 12:30 a.m. Sunday at a location known as “The Pit,” where dozens of teens were having a bonfire gathering. A man not known to the group, 27-year-old Steven Whitehead, reportedly showed up uninvited and approached one of the girls, causing a confrontation. He pulled out a gun and began firing, shooting four different people. One of them was 18-year-old Kimber Mills, who had no involvement in the fight. She was shot in her leg and her head. The tragedy has brought an outpouring of support from the community. More than 100 people gathered at the hospital Sunday to show love for Kimber. “She is so loved by this amazing community she has behind her,” Ashley said. “We are beyond thankful for everyone who has shown up to support her.” On Monday morning, emotions ran high as Cleveland High School students gathered outside the school to pray for their classmate. Many held hands, bowed their heads, and shed tears. Principal Brannon Smith said additional counselors were made available for students as they process the news. “I have a daughter who’s a cheerleader, and yesterday was a hard day,” Smith said. “This tragedy hits close to home.” Deputies arrested Whitehead and charged him with three counts of attempted murder, although one will likely get upgraded to murder. He is being held in the Jefferson County Jail. #crime #truecrime #news #tragedy #viral

🍬 With the internet buzzing over #Melody, it’s the perfect time to dive into the real star: Parle’s Melody Chocolaty Toffee. This humble Swadeshi toffee was an answer to foreign treats which has been delivering chocolatey joy since the 1980s and remains a childhood favorite for millions. 🍬 In the late 1920s, during the Swadeshi movement, a young tailor from Pardi near Valsad, Gujarat, arrived in Bombay with big dreams. His name was Mohanlal Dayal Chauhan. Tired of relying on imported sweets and biscuits, he decided to create something proudly Indian. In 1928–1929, Mohanlal bought an old, rusted factory (some accounts say it started in a simple shed or cowshed) in Vile Parle, Mumbai. He traveled to Germany, learned the art of confectionery, and brought back machinery worth a fortune ₹60,000 at the time. With just 12 workers and that German equipment, he set up the House of Parle. Their first products were simple sweets, toffees, and traditional Indian confections, an affordable swadeshi alternative to British treats. 🍬 Parle grew steadily. By 1939, they launched Parle Gluco biscuits (later the legendary Parle-G), which became a symbol of energy and affordability for a young nation. The Chauhan family, Mohanlal and his descendants turned this small operation into a confectionery powerhouse. 🍬 Fast forward to 1983, a pivotal year for Indian sweets. Real chocolate bars were still expensive luxuries. Parle’s team had a brilliant idea: Why not give every child in India the joy of chocolate without the high price? That’s when Melody was born, a revolutionary 2-in-1 toffee. It featured a soft, chewy caramel exterior with a rich chocolate filling inside. You could even see the chocolate from the side when bitten. Priced at just ₹1, it made chocolate accessible to millions, from big-city kids to small-town school canteens. 🍬 The product wasn’t just clever in taste and texture, it was a marketing masterpiece. Everest Advertising, led by creative Haresh Moorjani and copywriter Sulekha Bajpai, created one of India’s most iconic campaigns: “Melody itni chocolaty kyun hai?” (“Why is Melody so chocolaty?”) and The playful reply: “Melody khao, khud jaan jao!” (“Eat a Melody and find out yourself!”) 🍬 The ads showed curious kids, teachers, coaches, and even magicians asking the question. The jingle was catchy, the curiosity irresistible. It ran for decades, turning Melody into a cultural icon. The campaign cleverly highlighted the extra chocolate experience without direct comparisons pure genius that sowed seeds of FOMO long before social media. 🍬 From glass jars in every kirana store to sticker collections on wrappers, Melody became woven into Indian childhoods birthdays, rainy days, school breaks, and nostalgic bites. With honorable PM #NarendraModi and PM #GiorgiaMeloni Melody memes flooding the internet, the toffee’s legacy shines brighter than ever. 🍬 Parle continues to produce it with love: caramel outside, chocolate inside, vegetarian, and true to its roots. Mohanlal Dayal Chauhan started with a tailor’s determination and a handful of workers. What he built became a sweet empire that still delivers joy, one toffee at a time. This isn’t just candy. It’s a piece of Indian entrepreneurial history, swadeshi spirit, and pure childhood magic.

Hey everyone! Before we play our first match, I’d like to share a bit about our offseason. This is one of the most important times of the year for any team, and we made sure to make the most of it. We started tryouts with only 8 days of rest after the previous season ended. We didn’t waste a second. We wanted to be ready, and to do so, we tested between 30 and 35 players, becoming the team that conducted the most tryouts. We gave opportunities to everyone: players with previous experience, those without, T2 players, ranked grinders… If we saw potential, we opened the doors. Our goal was clear from the start: find young grinders hungry to compete and eager to learn. We were looking for talent we could develop and take to the top here at GIANTX. This reflects our philosophy: not just signing stars but building them, betting on the future, and nurturing young talent. I also want to give a massive shoutout to GX Cloud and Liquid purp0 , who worked tirelessly to make this offseason a success. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to secure not only the best players in terms of skill but also those who align perfectly in terms of synergy and personal values. It’s been an intense and exciting offseason full of key decisions. Now, we’re ready to take on the new season with everything we’ve got. If you have any questions about the process, feel free to leave them in the comments. I’ll do my best to answer them as soon as possible! Or maybe I will make a post with answers on most of them in one big post

Unpopular opinion about El Salvador. A TON of workers here are lazy as hell and i do hope this message reaches many Salvadoreños in the United States. You leave the job site, little will get done and yes tools and materials will disappear. I said it. If you’re going to build a home, start a business, or just hire a few helping hands for that side project, get ready to fire fast. Put in systems of checks and balances, hire solid management, use cameras, and lock up materials. If you have the time or money you or someone you really trust must manage the project on SITE. I’ve hired thousands of people throughout the last few 6 years while personally living in 9 Latin countries and El Salvador has been one of the hardest to work in. El Salvador also happens to be my favorite country at the moment with my favorite people. It’s beautiful, small, has a Chuck E cheese for my daughter but most important, it’s safe for my family. So why is it so damn hard to work with people here? I think it’s because of the civil war. This is going to sound crazy coming from a president of a non profit but free money destroys people. It enables them. It ruins their will to work ultimately creating a lazy and slothful person Over 2.5 million people from El Salvador live in the United States. MANY of them send money every 2 weeks to their aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews to “help” them. This has turned into dependency. It has created a cycle of entitlement rather than self-sufficiency. “Why would I work for 10 hours in the sun when I can tell my aunt that I need money for medicine?” There are kids here with no desire to self educate, no desire to work, because they’re sucking the tit of their families in the United States or Canada. 2 of my hardest workers who show up early, never miss a day are these two men in this video. No arms, and an elderly who just wants to work. Their speed compared to a young healthy man is slow in comparison but their will and desire to work is unwavering. They’re inspiring. They are happy at work. They don’t complain. They’re not rich working for me but they are ok. I believe they are hard workers because they were never a part of a welfare system given to them from family in the states. I also believe that the civil war has created a massive divide between the wealthy and the poor. Maybe this already existed but chatting with enough people you can put 2 and 2 together. The socioeconomic divides between the wealthy and the poor. Certain families growing incredibly rich over the suffering of the lower class. People have lost trust, they’ve lost hope. Their views on money and rich people are shaped by past experiences of being taken advantage of. People are sick and tired of making $75 per pay period in the farms of El Salvador. I know that’s a whole other discussion. How do we fix this? I don’t know but I know my mission with casa conejo is to inspire others to work their asses off and to get paid by the sweat of their brows. I want to create a micro economy that allows the poor of the poor to grow! To break the cycle of poverty. To shatter the idea of “we can’t make it in El Salvador” We can and we will by working our asses off and getting paid what we deserve. Once we’re open a percentage of profits will go towards these workers. The rest back into our projects of building schools, running our women’s shelters, feeding the elderly. Let’s do this
