This time of year with all the newbies probably 7/30 , but that changes with each week. Our first week being all together is actually next week.

KIDS: When you lose the puck, how hard are you willing to work to get it back? As a coach, I want you to make plays. I want you to be creative. I want you to play with no fear of making mistakes. The only stipulation I have is that when you try to make a play and you turn it over, you have to work like hell to get it back. Here's a great example from a team that MAKES A LOT OF PLAYS. Tampa turns it over in the Ozone and then watch the effort from the players to get it back. Hounds. They create another turnover and then get rewarded in transition. Coaches, amazing clip to show your teams!!

Conditioning Wins The best players and teams are in the best shape. Winners make plays at the end of games, make second effort plays, and hustle plays that don’t show up in the box score. Our training should reflect those 3 areas and players should strive to be in great shape. It only will they play better, but they’ll play more!!

"Honestly, it was really just on us not making plays. I felt like Justin played his tail off today. He put the ball out there. We've just got to do a better job of making plays for him. Not every ball's going to be perfect. Not every situation's going to be ideal, but at the end of the day, you've got to still find a way to make a play. I feel like as a skill group, we've got to do a better job of making it easier for our O-line and quarterback." Breece Hall talks about what went wrong for the Jets' offense after their opening-drive touchdown:
