"What we're trying to do is simply adhere to the laws in a country. If something is illegal in the United States, or if it's illegal in Europe or Brazil or wherever it might be, then we will take it down, and we'll suspend the account because we're not there to make the laws. But if speech is not illegal, then what are we doing? Now we're injecting ourselves in as a censor. And where does it stop? And who decides? Where does that path lead? I think it leads to a bad place. So, if the people in a country want the laws to be different, they should make the laws different. But otherwise, we're going to obey the law in each jurisdiction. Costume designer Michael Wilkinson describes changes being made to an earlier version of Henry Cavill's Superman suit after a camera test behind the scenes of Zack Snyder's Man of Steel. "So what we're looking at here is the Superman suit from the second camera test. And the notes we got back from that we're going to make a few adjustments for our next camera test. "We decided that we didn't like this central shape so we've cut that out. We've made a few adjustments to these lines here to act like the idea that it had a more geometric, slightly harder, stronger line through here, a little bit like the cut lines of the human anatomy. "We're making our buckle a little bit bigger. And in general we're just adjusting the thickness of a lot of these pieces so it really feels like they're more integrated with the suit that they just sort of are like almost like an embossing. "And with just some general R&D work that we're doing with the way that the cape attaches to the suit, there's a lot going on here. "You're trying to make something beautiful and sculptural disappear into an impossibly thin membrane here and make it all look as beautiful as possible because we're going to be really close up for a lot of the movies so we're spending a lot of time and resources in getting that right. "It definitely pays respect to the classical details of the Superman costume but we're rendering it in a very high-tech current kind of a process."

This was such a powerful interview. Mollie and Ryland Engelhart, who were once pillars of the vegan community, owning several restaurants and embracing that way of life, eventually realized that something felt amiss. Now they own a beautiful regenerative farm and understand the world differently. Mollie: "We as a society are just completely disconnected from nature on every single level. It's not just our food, but we used to be in nature, and we would be reflecting nature. That's what we're going to be mirroring, whatever we're in. And now we're reflecting social media, and we're reflecting all of this division. And we've gotten very, very righteous and self-righteous, and we're reflecting something that is not of God's design in so many different ways. Workshops are offered where people can come out and kill an animal. Afterward, the animal is made into food like goat curry or barbacoa, which the people then eat. This is very moving for people. Some people have never had this experience. It is important for people to connect with their food at that level." Mollie Engelhart
