MPs have had 12 pay rises since 2010! Why are they attacking NHS doctors?!

They gave junior doctors a massive pay rise only 12 months ago, your greed is clear, you use sick people as blackmail tools, you disgust me.

MPs have an effectively a contract for 5 years, or shorter depending on the whim of the government. In MPs we’re asking people to give up their career and potentially be kicked out in a few years. They should actually be on more money for the risk attached to their job security. How many doctors have been made redundant since 2010?

After the pay rises last year for certain groups & no one else got a pay rise I think you’ve lost the support of the public on this one!

Last time I looked MPs salaries had increased by 42% since 2010, it must be more than 45% now. In that time they have done a crap job.

Correct me if this figure is wrong but I read junior doctors since 2023 have recieved a 22.3% pay rise, GPs were less but they of course earn significantly more. I can’t defend MPs pay. But Doctors demands are tedious. My own daughter wants to be a doctor, I’m not anti doctors.
