I subscribed to their family package with over 400GB for more than GH¢500, but almost every month around the 28th or 29th the data gets finished even though I barely use it. I raised the concern with one of their agents and was told it was due to data consumption. I later switched to MTN, bought a GH¢399 bundle with over 200GB, and it lasted me for three months,” a customer complained. — A Lady has raised concerns over Telecel Ghana’s broadband service, questioning the rapid depletion of data despite reduced usage.

He explained that the old system is riddled with flaws, including fake identities and fake national Identification cards. As a result, he stressed the need to completely redo the process under strict supervision to ensure accuracy, credibility, and to prevent the recurrence of past errors.
