A lot of snark in the comments from people who have never tried to make a film. Assuming the new shots are promotable (which I'm sure they will be), this is huge for filling in missing footage in the editing room without having to do a full reshoot.

it's always interesting how ideas spread. I vibe coded an app that was doing this few weeks before 🍌release, it was based on Flux Kontext, and with good prompting doing the same. For some reason this did not blow up at the time and was just as easy to do as with 🍌
