🇺🇸🇮🇷 Earlier, the U.S. struck Iran across multiple regions. Dozens of explosions reported in Bandar Abbas, Iranshahr, and other regions. The ceasefire seems to be just a formality, with occasional bombings … no lasting peace in sight.

BREAKING: The U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and Air National Guard have launched a new wave of airstrikes against targets in southern Iran. Initial phase: Four missiles struck targets around Konarak, in Sistan and Baluchestan Province. Residents reported U.S. military aircraft flying over the city during the attack. The four strikes produced powerful explosions that violently shook doors and windows, while the blasts were heard across Konarak, Chabahar, and Dashtiari. Minutes later: Residents in Chabahar also reported hearing several additional explosions. Local sources indicated that the detonations originated from the Konarak area. At nearly the same time: Residents in Bandar Abbas reported hearing several explosions from the eastern outskirts of the city, although the exact impact locations remain unclear. Additional reports from Bandar Abbas indicated that Iranian air defense systems had become active. Iranian state media later denied that any explosions had occurred in Bandar Abbas, Hengam Island, Larak Island, Qeshm Island, Jask, or Sirik. #OperationEpicFury

💢 US Strikes Iran for 11th Straight Night as Air Defenses Activate Over Tehran Explosions were reported across Iran overnight in an eleventh consecutive night of US attacks, with air defenses activating over Tehran for the first time in the current round of escalation, Al Jazeera reported from the capital. Strikes hit a military base in Tabriz, in Iran’s northwest, for a second straight day. Explosions were reported in three cities in Khuzestan province, Omidiyeh, Mahshahr and Behbahan, and in Sirik, which overlooks the Strait of Hormuz. Chabahar and Konarak in Sistan and Baluchestan, along with Bushehr and Kangavar, were also struck. Areas near the city of Baneh in Kurdistan province were hit for the first time. US Central Command said it targeted Iran’s maritime capabilities, drone facilities and aircraft hangars, describing the campaign as an effort to degrade Tehran’s ability to threaten shipping through the Strait of Hormuz. The IRGC vowed to keep operating to punish “the aggressor,” while Iran’s Army announced retaliatory strikes on US military assets in Kuwait.
