Tamizhana kevalama da 😡💦We were a group of 12 people from Tamil Nadu, and we reached Goa at around 6:30 AM. From the beginning, the hotel staff did not give proper responses or basic respect. When we went to the hotel, they behaved very rudely and did not assist us properly. During the night, we were celebrating a birthday. The staff came the first time and asked us to lower the sound, and we agreed immediately. We told them we would just cut the cake and finish. But they came a second time and spoke disrespectfully to us. When we tried to speak in Tamil, they said they didn’t understand. When we spoke in English, they replied only in Hindi. We explained that we know only Tamil and English. At that point, one staff member asked us whether we were from India or Pakistan. When we said we were from Tamil Nadu, they insulted us again saying that if we didn’t know Hindi, we must be from Pakistan. This was extremely offensive and hurtful. For all four days of our stay, we were treated with disrespect. During checkout, they accused us of breaking the TV and demanded Rs. 10,000. But when we showed them the video we recorded while leaving the room, they immediately became silent because nothing was damaged. Finally, my iPhone 13 went missing. The room key was with the staff, so we have already raised a complaint regarding this issue as well. We are extremely disappointed by the way we were treated. This experience has caused us a lot of stress and spoiled our entire trip. We request strict action against the staff involved and expect appropriate compensation for the harassment, false accusations, and the loss of my mobile phone also #coimbatore #tamilnadu #goa

My cousins and my brother and I were exploring Coney Island, we saw the sights, hung out at the arcades and before we went back to the apartment we decided to go and get something to eat, we had some money on us but not much so we decided to see what we could get at one of the vendors. This was back in the early 90’s when most of them had dollar slices of pizza wherever we went. So we got 4 pieces of pizza, should have been $4 because that’s the price we were used to. The guy wanted to charge us $24 at $6 a slice. We argues with him because one of my cousins already took a bite being so hungry. But at the least we owed $4. We gave the other slices back and refused them but had to pay for the partially eaten one, it was embarrassing that an adult would try that on a bunch of kids. We told our uncle what happened and he went back and yelled at the vendor. He was familiar with them because he used to get slices all the time from the same guy and he never charged my uncle that price. I couldn’t imagine paying that exurban amount, like this guy who was being charged $54 for a hotdog by one of the vendors. At first he thought it was a typo and it was $5.40 but the vendor. Learned it up when he said no it was $54. Would you have paid that amount? I would have walked away, clearly he was trying to possibly scam a the man for looking like a tourist. Part of the experience when visiting a new area is the street food but it’s becoming more and more a chore avoiding places like this.

Cam Johnson says goodbye to the Nets: "I love the people in that building... I enjoyed it because of that, and I had faith in what we were building because of that. I really think Jordi's a fantastic coach. Playing that one season under him, personnel constantly shifting, we had trades, we had injuries, he always maintained such a good approach to the team, and he was always able to motivate us to play hard. Our record wasn't great, but I think throughout the season we consistently gave effort. And I credit our coaching staff a lot for that. Two years there, playoffs when we first got there. Obviously, we wish we could've been better. And I was willing to do everything in my power to get us back on a winning track. And I think they’ll get there eventually. I have faith in those guys in that building. I’ll miss them, and I appreciate them. I appreciate everything they did for myself and my career. I remember when I was young, around 10-11 years old. My parents were both asleep as was my brother. I heard a knock on the back door which was weird because who uses the back door at a stranger’s house? The kitchen window was close by so I take a look. It looked like a teenager but hard to tell because they had a hoodie with the hood up. I didn’t open the door but I did crack the window and asked them what they wanted. They replied they were lost and wanted to come in to warm up and use the phone. Even when it’s daylight I know never to let anybody in period that I didn’t know, but a stranger after midnight was weird enough. I said no because I didn’t know them. Then they said that hey knew my dad and that’s why he came by. I said that’s fine and all but I’m not letting you use our phone. This was before cellphones were widely used, we had a landline like most people. The person wouldn’t take no for an answer and I could sense he was getting angry. I went and woke up my dad, I told him there was somebody at the back door and that he said they knew him. He walked to the door and looked out and said he didn’t know him. But he did talk through the door and told him that he was calling the police and that he should just leave. The person just stood there until the police finally came and even they asked him what he was doing knocking on the door at that hour. He told them he was lost and thought this was a house of a family friend. The police told him my dad didn’t know him and made him leave. So was this a case of wrong house or was he up to something. It makes me still wonder to this day but I’m still glad I never opened the door.

DISCRIMINATION AGAINST US AS IRISH CHRISTIANS AT CROKE PARK MUSLIM EVENT? Umar Al Qadri insists we weren't asked to leave the Croke Park Islamic Eid event BECAUSE we weren't Muslim. He was responding to our assertion that the event was not as open and welcoming to all as he was making out. We doubled down and insisted we were discriminated against. We also informed him (after accusations of being seen as a hostile presence) that we were highly respectful at all times, despite harassment. What do you think? Were we asked to leave due to not being adherent to Islam? Moreover, were we at any time anything other than calm, polite and very respectful? Or did we allow ourselves to be goaded into a confrontation in which we would be likely made out to be "far right" aggressors? And would there have been uproar if we as white Irish Christians had told Muslims to leave an event they attended legitimately? This incident is not the only time we were asked we approached, surrounded and followed several times (in other instances a number of Irish staff and security were involved and were "following orders"). We were repeatedly hassled, questioned and told to leave. We had to show our tickets (which we bought online) 6 times. Gardaí were also called. At no point did we allow ourselves to be antagonised, and at no point were we aggressive. We were the opposite...however we have a feeling we will still be made out to have acted incorrectly. Charlie Kirk’s Head of Security finds it suspicious that UVU tore down and repaved the Crime Scene so fast He urges people to file a FOIA request to see whose plan it was to tear that up and when those requests were made. “Make them tell us why they tore that up before it was even cold. I wanna know, because ut came back on us, that we had some kind of a Trap Door and we had a guy hiding in there.” He says there was no trap door and Tunnel system. 🔻My Thought’s: He’s technically correct, but he should have clarified. This just makes him look like he’s lying, but I THINK he just means there were no secret access door and a long tunnel system. There clearly were utility or maintenance access doors to a pump room or crawlspace commonly used in sidewalks or buildings to provide workers access to electrical, plumbing, or other infrastructure. This is my line of work, so I know what they look like.

Me and my mates caused this: We turned up at their wedding uninvited and started fighting with the guests and they had the cheek to tell us to leave because we were ruining their wedding when it was only a few of us and not everyone. Then they tried to lock the doors. But we held them open while more came in. We didn’t like the music either so we made the DJ to swerve the Motown and play some techno to suit us. It was an all inclusive bar and a free buffet so we stayed to the end even though we didn’t like it there. I just wanted to call the family out and tell you all how intolerant they were to us. I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome. We had just as much of a right to be there as anyone else. It was a public building. They don’t own it. I’m sure you will all agree that the family were bang out of order. We only ruined their wedding the crying cnts. Horrible people.

A man is complaining that Wetherspoons told him he couldn’t use the women’s toilets after two women informed staff they were uncomfortable with him being in there. Apparently, women are expected to be perfectly comfortable with a man being in, and taking photos in, the ladies’ toilets. Not a word about the women who no longer felt safe or comfortable because he was there. Plenty, though, about his own “safety” and “comfort” if he had to use the men’s. Well done, Wetherspoons.

🐨: 2026 the love of the american music awards goes tooooo ARMY!!! 🐥: congratulations! 🐨: Guys it's a beautiful night and we are making history together. felt like I don't know like kind of very strange feelings because it reminds me of 2017. 9 years ago when we first attended the AMAs. We had... we literally had no room so, we had to, like, fix our make up in the hallway. So when the stars maybe just passed by we were like"oh, hey I am sorry"/"we are sorry", but last night we used the biggest room. And everyone - every legend, every staff they were so nice and kind to us. And we know it's because of you guys. And yeah, it was really strange to experience it last night... I just wanna say this - you know, it's all thanks to you and we'll never forget the night we had at the AMAs. I love you.
