Today is a day where we can definitely redefine, milestones have gone away from the way we are thinking about the game. At one time, we were comfortably losing after making 160-170. Now our score is 240-250. 250 in the semi finals, 250 in the finals. India has set the benchmark so high that others are going to take a while before they reach it.

Nick Caley mentioned running the ball more multiple times today: “I gotta do a better job being disciplined to the run game.. in hindsight probably should’ve stuck more runs in there.” It’s clear what they want to do. Problem is we aren’t good enough to do it vs any run d that’s remotely average to below average. Seattle’s rush D is elite. Going to more quick game was the right move and what worked. We are going to have to be able to do that in games where we face stout run defenses. Hearing him be mad at himself for doing the right thing is concerning.
