I get horrible headaches / migraines almost every day. Does this help much?

Yes it does for me but mostly because mine are from squinting / clenching my jaw!!! So I get it there and in my jaw. I know also you can get it in your traps because a lot of people have tension there that leads to migraines

You know I haven't done Botox or fillers yet and I'm 38. I keep thinking about trying it but I don't know. Part of me is just like whatever dude I'll age gracefully and then the other part is grasping at youth like please don't leave me 😅😭

Botox is wayyy different than filler. I get it mostly for the help w migraines!
