@UNEP Absolutely! Though awareness of this problem is adequate action towards implementation is not. I believe there should be a tax levied for throw away waste produced and manufacturers should be responsible for recycling package waste. #BeatPlasticPollution #SaveSoil

We will see significant improvement in the quality of policymaking, the Nation’s economic progress and even voter turnout if we implement the One Nation One Election rule. We cannot afford the noisy rhetorical distraction of frequent elections because once elections are announced, no work happens on ground except for campaigning. We cannot build a great Nation in fits & starts. For Bharat to mature as a Democracy and to build a long-term vision for the country, One Nation One Election is a must. Let’s make it happen. -Sg

Moving climate financing towards the revitalization of soil, which will invariably bring economic wellbeing to farmers, is a much-needed step towards a sustainable future. It was wonderful to meet Jason Spensley of the Global Environment Facility at #COP29. It is important to understand that this issue of insecurity, especially in some parts of the country, has become an industry.
