These young men and women invested time in acquiring skills and gaining hands-on experience with the legitimate expectation that their training would translate into meaningful career opportunities. what incentive remains for our youth to pursue apprenticeship programmes The concerns of these apprentices must be addressed through dialogue, sensitivity, and constructive engagement—not force.
