This is the only deadlift currently in my regimen. I also do back extensions as shown in this video. This was to clarify my band setup, per questions from the longer Speed Series I’m doing. Parts 1 & 2 are done and linked below:

My friends who run the pristine & extensive 2ft gauge Richmond Light Railway in Kent are having two public open days this year, as charity fundraisers. There are now fewer than 100 tickets left so do book this weekend for August or September. Link in comments below. Cheers!

One of my favourite things I introduced this year (but have improved for next year by adding the inserts!) is DVD case whiteboards. The inserts & squared paper - as well as lots of other designs - are all on Twinkl Resources 👏🏻👏🏻

I don’t wanna sit in a room & go over X&O’s till our eyes are red and can’t stop open. What I am good at is teaching how to stop guys! How to dominate them. I only teach my techniques as a Change up. 1 way is not the only way. You have to Be Evolve! #WillieAndersonLinemanAcademy

Tim Wilson also doesn’t understand, after describing One Nation as “despicable” & “toxic”, he is now open to forming an alliance with them if it’ll help put Libs in “a position to govern” Trading any remaining principles just for power. No wonder they are going extinct. #auspol

I now have evidence Coutts LIED to me.. In an explosive 40 page memo, “Brexit” is mentioned 86 times, “Russia” 144 & “PEP” 10. Support for Trump + views on immigration, net zero & the vaccine are listed as reasons to exit me. They say my account is commercially viable!

Sinner on if there’s anything Djokovic doesn’t do as well as he used to, ‘I’m lucky to have someone like him in front of my eyes & I can hopefully learn something… I think the way he is playing and moving, if you are not professional, you don’t play at this level’ “Novak will be 39 in May. Do you think there are things he doesn’t do as well now as he used to?” Jannik: “The level he is still playing, he is I think the most professional athlete we have here in the locker room. Me as a 24 year old, I am lucky to have someone like him in front of my eyes and I can hopefully learn something. I feel like every day and every time he plays I can learn something about him, about Carlos, about all the other great, great players. I think the way he is playing and moving, if you are not professional, you don’t play at this level. He is an inspiration for all of us, especially young players.” (via Australian Open Press)

Stop throwing away your seeds! If you want to beat the grocery store prices and enjoy that unmatched "picked from the garden" flavor, you have to try this. Most people don’t realize that the seeds inside your store-bought peppers are a gold mine for your homestead. Here is the step-by-step guide to turning one pepper into a full harvest: 1. Extract & Prep: Slice open a ripe pepper and gently remove the seeds. 2 The "Cookie Box" Hack: Use an old plastic cookie or fruit container as a mini greenhouse. Just make sure to poke drainage holes in the bottom! 3. Planting: Bury them a few cm deep in soil, water them well, and close the lid to lock in that moisture. 4. Patience is Key: It takes a few weeks to germinate, but once they hit 6 inches, it’s time for their own individual pots. 5. The Harvest: When the plant reaches about 15 inches, you’ll see those beautiful flower heads. That’s the sign that your peppers are on the way! Pick them green for a zesty crunch, or leave them on the vine to ripen into vibrant reds and yellows. There is nothing like the feeling of watching something grow from a tiny seed into a meal on your table.

Dear Mr. President, Greetings in the Lord. Thank you for your service to our country. As I have noted the various comments you have made about Heaven, I have felt burdened to write to you. I decided on an open letter and there are two reasons I can give for this. In the first place, you have been very open about your questions. This has been a matter of public discussion, and so I don’t feel it is out of place to address them in this way. Second, you are our president, and in this role you are in many ways our representative. I believe there are many Americans who have exactly the same questions that you do. As I write to you, I am writing also to them. And to these reasons, I might also tag on a third, which is that approaching the task this way stands a better chance of actually getting to you, which is actually the central point. I write because I am a minister of the kingdom of Heaven, and when I hear someone talking about Heaven as you have been doing, the only thing that comes to my mind is how I might possibly set out the message of Christ to you in a way that fits. How might I faithfully address the questions that you have been raising about this issue? We should want to do more than just insert the buckle into the seat belt . . . we also need to hear the click.
