Man, the fact that she went on The Shade Room—a platform specifically for Black people—and tried to pitch $20K for a website as the golden ticket to build wealth is straight-up crazy work! Like, how tone-deaf can you be? You’re telling folks who are already out here grinding, facing systemic racism, lack of capital, and straight-up barriers in the business world, that a website is the secret sauce to generational wealth? That’s a slap in the face. Most Black entrepreneurs are trying to figure out how to get real funding, network connections, or deal with legal and financial roadblocks, and she’s out here saying, “Here’s 20K for a website, good luck.” On a Black platform, no less. Like, did she really think people weren’t going to side-eye that? It just shows how disconnected these politicians can be. They think throwing a little change at us, slapping a buzzword like “entrepreneurship” on it, and mentioning websites is supposed to make us feel seen. But it’s hollow. People need real support—capital to grow businesses, mentorship from people who understand the hustle, and access to opportunities that actually lead to building generational wealth, not some short-term band-aid solution. Instead of addressing the real issues, like predatory lending practices or providing access to larger investment pools, she’s talking about websites like they’re going to make anyone rich. Boondocks episode "Return of the King" (2006), — Martin Luther King, Jr. wakes up from a 30 year coma, only to find the Black community in a bad way. Here at the end of the episode he goes off on a rant about being a "nigga". Remember this show was written by 2 Black people, Starred Black people, etc. Who watched this episode, or the boondocks in general? Maybe my love of the show is why I never feel any hesitation in calling out the crazy shit going on with Black America. Damn this hits different today. The accuracy is almost unbelievable. Black America is embarrassing, which is unfortunate because we could be and still can become the bedrock of this great nation. But not with the ghetto ass shit I see on these HBCU campuses. I think in Black america we abandoned the idea that we can still be Black and carry ourselves with respect. That was great brainwashing that took place... Like talking properly and wearing a shit or carrying yourself with respect is somehow seen as selling out. I just wonder when people watch this, do they think this is a fair depiction of our community and culture? This is how we look to the outside world. Imagine what Malcolm X would say about the music our young people listen to, that promotes killing one another and pumping their own body full of poison? Imagine if they brought the boondocks show back today? I'm sure it would have to meet all the "woke" requirements or be canceled immediately, but when I was coming up this was one of the most culturally accurate shows out. Long story long... This residency, these shows have changed my life. I desperately needed to fall back in love with performing live again, and I have. I needed to reconnect with my songs and remember what they mean to me, and I have! Being on stage over the last year so up close and personal with an audience again after all these years has been a truly extraordinary restorative experience that I’ll never forget. All the hilarious, soulful, wild and heartbreaking interactions we’ve had are banked in my mind for life. The looks on your faces, seeing you laugh and cry together singing your hearts out and hoarding bags of confetti. All the simi dolls, friendship bracelets, flowers, facetime calls and flags. It’s crazy how joyful a show full of sad songs can be!! I’ve felt so much and learned so much about myself and you. It’s humanized everything I thought was scary. Mostly though - it’s just made me realize how much I really enjoy being on stage, that I’m bloody good at it and that it is 100% where I belong! So let’s go one last time before I turn into a showgirl forever! Love you and I’ll see you on the other side soon x

I've been seeing a lot of talk about how CM 15 is "The worst CM to date" and really just general negativity around the state of this CM. I wanted to give my perspective as someone who has felt this is most fun CM in recent memory, using what people would generally consider one of the worst strategies. I know this won't apply to everyone and RNG factors in a lot, but I still think it's good to have the discussion. I started this CM originally with my usual plan on a Medium track around Late OG Nice Nature and double dom debuffers. The plan was to C4 velo bomb with unique and shadow break, using Dober, Red-Shift and Nimble to accel. I used my usual setup Front/Pace/Late, to give Natie the best opportunity to hit Nimble and overtake. While doing practice rooms, I found 2 things. 1) Natie was unable to get into position a lot of the time due to high front lobby composition. 2) When putting my Debuffers at end instead, Natie would have no one to overtake. Now don't get me wrong, she won sometimes but it was clear that every variation I was trying would not be able to catch up with a front or XOguri. So that left me with a problem. How do I close that 3-4 length gap? After talking with some of my knowledgeable friends, there was one mechanic I had mostly written off due to the environment. Dueling. I've always been an avid enjoyer and user of Dueling but really underestimated its power here. The clip on this post shows just how insane Dueling can be on this CM. It's more powerful than double dom for backliners. Now how you force duel to work in your favor? The best answer, a second ace. I know for a lot of solo ace players this is a non-starter, but I feel for this CM as a backliner, Dueling is the best weapon we have to win. And having a second ace drastically increases your chances to duel with each other, giving you the power you need to catch up. The second piece to the puzzle was going back to my CM7 roots and stacking final straight velocity. Normally you have to stack a lot of mid game to keep up with the pack to stay in position, but I felt that saccing a small bit of it for more late game velocity had more value. There's also probably my favorite skill this CM, It's On. This skill along with good pace up from high Wit really handled a lot of my issues. Keeping a front debuffer that would fall back in the mid game gave me almost a full guaranteed proc of It's On every race. These changes to my team saw so much success in practice lobbies, it was pretty insane to see. I was able to win almost every variation of lobby composition that is common this CM. The only one that would always be the toughest is a full front lobby. Most of my races here would be losses as both Natie and Muteki would not be able to get into a good position to hit Dober/Red-Shift. I will say I have been extremely lucky in my lobby rolls this CM to have very few of them. I've also had a few wins even in those high front lobbies despite the odds being against me. Being able to solve this puzzle to best of my ability was very fun and to see the results has been awesome. My main takeaway would be is, if you have another Oshi outside of your main one that you've always wanted to race but didn't because you were doing solo oshi, give duo oshi a shot. You might find something new that you really enjoy. It's really awesome to watch both of my favorite umas win races😊

How do I close that 3-4 length gap? After talking with some of my knowledgeable friends, there was one mechanic I had mostly written off due to the environment. Dueling. I've always been an avid enjoyer and user of Dueling but really underestimated its power here. The clip on this post shows just how insane Dueling can be on this CM. It's more powerful than double dom for backliners. Now how you force duel to work in your favor? The best answer, a second ace. I know for a lot of solo ace players this is a non-starter, but I feel for this CM as a backliner, Dueling is the best weapon we have to win. And having a second ace drastically increases your chances to duel with each other, giving you the power you need to catch up. The second piece to the puzzle was going back to my CM7 roots and stacking final straight velocity. Normally you have to stack a lot of mid game to keep up with the pack to stay in position, but I felt that saccing a small bit of it for more late game velocity had more value. There's also probably my favorite skill this CM, It's On. This skill along with good pace up from high Wit really handled a lot of my issues. Keeping a front debuffer that would fall back in the mid game gave me almost a full guaranteed proc of It's On every race. These changes to my team saw so much success in practice lobbies, it was pretty insane to see. I was able to win almost every variation of lobby composition that is common this CM. The only one that would always be the toughest is a full front lobby. Most of my races here would be losses as both Natie and Muteki would not be able to get into a good position to hit Dober/Red-Shift. I will say I have been extremely lucky in my lobby rolls this CM to have very few of them. I've also had a few wins even in those high front lobbies despite the odds being against me. Being able to solve this puzzle to best of my ability was very fun and to see the results has been awesome. My main takeaway would be is, if you have another Oshi outside of your main one that you've always wanted to race but didn't because you were doing solo oshi, give duo oshi a shot. You might find something new that you really enjoy. It's really awesome to watch both of my favorite umas win races😊

It's a song that I wanted to sing solo for my show since last year, but at that time, I requested and chose the song too late, so it wasn't used. So this year, I actually feel lucky that I didn't get to show it last year, bc doing the show with Emi, having her as part of the show too, made it a much better show. It was tremendously beautiful. 🌞: I wanted to challenge Emi. I know that Emi is really skilled, but, well, to put it simply, I wanted to see her sing a Korean song. I wanted to see her sing a song in Korean. When I listened to the song and tried to imagine what a show with it would turn out like, I knew that it would be beautiful. It would definitely be so beautiful. 🌞: Emi is a detailed person. Like, really, really detailed. I'm glad, bc I feel like I'm a detailed person too, so getting to work together with someone who is just as detailed is... I had to look at the concert overall, so for those little details, like for the harmonising, whether to choose this harmonisation or that harmonisation, or whether this line should just be sung without harmonisation, having someone there who is detailed and cares abt it too... I might not be able to go into every single little detail for every song, but I was lucky that I chose the right person. Since Emi has these qualities, it made the song even better. 🌞: I'd like to give all the credit to Emi. This is one of Emi's shows that she did really well and it's a song and show that I'll definitely keep going back to. I'm glad that I had Emi as a guest.

One thing you’ll notice with complementarians in general and Allie Beth Stuckey in particular is a major focus on utilitarian arguments: “What I’m doing is working. I’m really good at it. How can you say that this is wrong?” Allie Beth concedes that men in general are more suited for the public sphere than women, but that does not mean that all men are cut out for it and that all women are not. It’s very clear that Stuckey sees herself as the exception that proves the rule. She is the unique and special snowflake that can fight the culture war as well or better than any man. As evidence, Allie cites the Jubilee episode where she debated 20 leftists cosplaying as Christians. This event really went to her head. She got near universal praise for her performance (not from me), and it’s clear that she believes that no one could have done a better job. But is that true? I question the wisdom of sending a woman into this arena, especially with so many gay men involved. This was obviously a controlled environment, but the outside world is not. A young lady that attempts to follow Stuckey’s example is putting herself in mortal danger. The chances of an interaction getting violent are insanely high. Allie holding her own (if she even did) on that show doesn’t make it right. Also, in general, I don’t believe debate shows are worthwhile at all. We’ve won the debate. We need to start acting like it. The last thing we should be doing is platforming gay slop perspectives. And finally, the passive aggression comes out. Allie does not like being told that she’s not cut out for this or that a man could do better. Just watch the last 20 seconds. You’ll see what I mean. Should I keep going? Donghae Fr0mm 🐯: I’ve missed you all. I wanted to see you through a live broadcast. As for today’s filming spoiler… We filmed a D&E commercial. Eunhyuk left first, and I came a little later in the afternoon. We filmed together afterward, and I finished last. Now I’m heading home. Today, everything turned out really pretty and handsome, so I think you can look forward to it. 🐯: Do you all not like this curly hair? If you don’t like it, I’ll just cut it all off. 🐯: As for my waist, I had an MRI, and I also got quite a lot of injections. This time the treatment was pretty intense. After that, I’ve been taking a break from exercising, though I worked out for the first time in a while today. Not being able to exercise is driving me crazy. But fortunately, I feel like it’s gradually getting better. 🐯: Someone said today marks 521 days since subscribing to Fromm. Thank you so much. I’m sorry. I’m not sure how the other members use Bubble or Fromm, but I don’t really have ongoing conversations there. How should I explain it? I just post little things… What I ate… What I did… I share one or two little updates like that. So I keep thinking, “I should communicate more.” I’ll work harder. Of course, my health comes first. I also believe my health should always come first. Because only if I’m healthy can I dance and sing in front of you. Because of course I want to prepare the best concert possible and present it to you as a gift. I want to invite you with a performance that’s made well. But so many people tell me they couldn’t see it, Or that they want to see it. When I read or hear those things…Rather than thinking about how tired my body is… What stays with me is hearing all of you say that seeing my concert made you happy. And as I always say, I want to bring all of you joy and happiness. 🐯: If I simply say, “I’m tired, so I’ll only do two shows.” Then once that time passes, it’ll never come back. More than anything…I just want even one more person to be able to see it. That’s the biggest reason. 🐯: When someone tells me, “I was so happy after seeing your concert.” Or, “I was so happy listening to your music.” Yes, my health comes first. But even so, I still hope one more person can experience that happiness. Honestly, even if I’m in pain, seeing all of you happy is what makes me happiest. Everyone has a little bit of that. 🐯: Watching football has been so much fun. In Korea, World Cup matches are usually so late at night that I don’t really watch them. I planned to watch only the first half and then sleep, but it was so exciting that I ended up watching the second half too. I was cheering for them. And they won. 🐯: You all keep talking about an encore concert. If I do an encore…Will you all really come? You’re all so busy. Would you actually be able to come? I’m going to keep dancing until I’m 80. I debuted as a dance singer. A dance… Don’t do an encore? Alright. If you all tell me not to, then I won’t do one. 🐯: Do I really have to do an encore? Of course, my health comes first. I also believe my health should always come first. Because only if I’m healthy can I dance and sing in front of you. But at the same time… When people ask why I keep adding more concerts. Whenever I read comments like that. My heart hurts a little. It makes me sad. Because of course I want to prepare the best concert possible and present it to you as a gift. I want to invite you with a performance that’s made well. But so many people tell me they couldn’t see it, Or that they want to see it. When I read or hear those things…Rather than thinking about how tired my body is… What stays with me is hearing all of you say that seeing my concert made you happy. And as I always say, I want to bring all of you joy and happiness. 🐯: If I simply say, “I’m tired, so I’ll only do two shows.” Then once that time passes, it’ll never come back. More than anything…I just want even one more person to be able to see it. But even so, I still hope one more person can experience that happiness. Honestly, even if I’m in pain, seeing all of you happy is what makes me happiest. 👤: I came across this and I'm really unhappy. Some people are belittling JossGawin, saying they’re not suitable for LOL. Ever since I saw LOL's announcement, JossGawin was already in my head. There's no way they wouldn't be there. I don't know how those people see them, but let me tell you, JossGawin have a lot of potential. For sure, they’ve already had fancon, and they're completely sold out. They’re possibly not too “big” as others, but they’ve done more than enough. They’ve also had fanmeetings abroad, toured across Europe (Paris, Madrid, London), America (Atlanta, Los Angeles), South America (Brazil), and Mexico. They’ve a perfect match which has many potentials for the company. 👤: I have to admit that JossGawin might not be massively popular with fans in Thailand or across Asia, but internationally they are very popular and have been talked about a lot since MGB. Even more than that, there were fan meetings in Taipei, Manila, and many other places. I can guarantee that, hey, the boys have a fanbase, even though their fanbase is scattered across many places. 👤: Everywhere they go, there are people who love them, people who miss them, and people who want to see them. And what's even more amazing is that Gawin sings beautifully. He's one of the individuals who should be in Riser Music. He is the king o OST. This is a guarantee that he won't get overshadowed on stage. He'll be one of the people standing alongside many solo artists in LOL, singing together, and I really want to see that scene, it's going to be grand. 👤: Now, as for Joss, he's perfectly suited for the theme. Why? Because it's a racing theme, and actually, the series "Replay," if it hadn't been cancelled, also featured a racer, which suits Joss perfectly. The whole theme, and Gawin’s amazing voice, are perfect for LOL. Have those people even watched their fancon? I've seen fan comments, and I can say with certainty that all the songs are amazing, and Joss is incredibly hardworking. Their singing voices are fantastic, very Western-vibed, and each song they sing is superb. I believe that when they perform on stage, they’ll be just as amazing as BournPrem last year who when they first joined the label, wasn't very well-known, but once they got on stage, they became memorable because they’re senior artists already. 👤: I believe that their performance will make people who don't know JossGawin, from other fandoms, fall in love with them for sure.
