Black people pass on bad info and they sound smart to non financial people. there are much easier ways to set your children up without doing all this shady shit. e.g. $500k Cash Value Life Insurance. (Offers tax free loans) On your child’s 18th birthday - you take out a $250k loan against the life insurance. The life insurance still has a value of $500k. And it can be paid back through the policy as it appreciates. You take $250k and invest it in a money market. The interest from that will pay your child $1000 month. Or buy a house and they get the $2k in rental income monthly. So now your child has $250k in untaxed assets. $1-2k a month in income. And you still have a $500k life insurance policy.

LLCs cost hundreds annually and get taxed at the individual rate. Teaching kids financial/business literacy doesn't require an LLC or it's yearly cost.
