My fellows often ask how to start learning Third Space Endoscopy. A great way is to develop fine motor skills during routine endoscopy, like EMR polypectomy with close submucosal views and precise movements. Mastering these can be a doorway to Third Space,it certainly helped me!

Combining this with low-force coagulation may allow effective vessel coagulation with less charring, reduced need for coagulation graspers, and better preservation of tissue planes and anatomy.
