This part of the conversation really hit me — Brecka called humans “photovoltaic beings.” We’re wired to the sun’s cycle way more than we realize. Morning light sets up your whole day hormonally, while red light helps your cells perform at a much higher level. It made me realize how much modern indoor life has taken us away from something so basic yet powerful. Why it matters: In a world of endless complicated supplements, light might be one of the highest-leverage (and mostly free) tools we have for energy, recovery, and long-term health.

You know, you won’t get these types of setups when a market’s doing this or this, right? Or this. You won’t get stocks like that. But once we start trending higher—you know—the 10-day starts turning up, the 20-day starts trending up, the 10-day goes above the 20-day… you gotta pay attention. Sometimes it may be the end of a bear market rally when you get those, or near the end of a bear market rally. So that’s why I put another filter: I used the 100-day to see if it’s sloping higher or lower. You need to have like a green light, yellow light, red light kind of thing—to know when not to trade, when to take less size, etc. Because trying breakouts and EPS in bad markets… it’s not gonna end well. You’re gonna die from a thousand cuts. You really need to be super patient.”

Sometimes you watch something so simple that teaches you a huge amount. This is one of those videos. It about the current hot topic….the Moon, and it puts everything into perspective. This video makes clear something I didn’t know and demonstrates it in a simplistic but brilliant way that we can all relate to. The takeaway from it……space is beyond vast and we’re not even at step 1 of starting to explore it. #space #moon

“Because I think a lot of people are familiar with you know, pop stars have these alter egos on stage and then they're also a little bit potentially different behind the scenes. Can you talk about what the difference is between those two personas?” ROSÉ: I think, you know, like I started off as, my whole career started as Blackpink and I feel like it was so much fun creating this character on stage because I'm just from like Australia, like in my bedroom, but like it was so much fun creating this like pop star, like character. It was so much fun. And then I think creating my first solo album, it was my discover of like, you know, who am I? And like when I was naming the album, I really thought a lot about it. There was like options like, you know, number one girl. And then a lot of people did like, what about Rosie? And at first I was like, it seems a bit like narcissistic. I'm not sure. And then it slowly grew on me. And then, you know, just the idea of it being Rosie because Rosé has been such a big part of my life. And that's what we present ourselves as Blackpink, Blackpink Rosé. And I felt like this was very opposite. And so I noticed that it was closer to kind of introducing a different version of me, like because it combined all the stories I would talk about with my friends and family. And they call me Rosie at home. And of course, the online name that the company had made for me from at the beginning of Blackpink, I remember when it happened was like the day before they released my picture, profile picture, they were like, Rosé. And like the name got announced.

American visited Los Angeles California for the first time and shares her honest thoughts “The first thing that we noticed was the amount of homeless people there is actually so sad. It's so insane. I'm from Atlanta, so I'm used to a lot of homeless people, but it is, like, to a whole different level out there. I mean, you cannot drive quarter of a mile without seeing, like, a homeless Camp set up in the corner. It was honestly very, very sad. — It smelled terrible. It smelled really bad. I mean, from the minute that I stepped off the plane walked out of the airport. It smelled terrible. And we were all like, this whole city stinks. -1 So the traffic's horrible, but like the traffic in Atlanta is like caused by people being stupid or like accidents. The traffic in LA was because I think it was because they're I mean, obviously there are tons of people, but it was like the lights. There are so many lights and it was just like light, light, light. Like you couldn't get anywhere because you're being stopped by a light every 30 seconds. — We saw so many piles of human feces, particularly like around the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It was disgusting. At least 4, maybe not a ton, but at least four. Just piles of human feces. You can tell the difference between an animal and human. It was human. A lot of it was smeared on the sidewalk. It was really gross. All to say, I'm glad I can say that I went to LA. I don't think that I will ever go back”
