Maharashtra on the Move: From Ports to Prosperity! Inaugurated the ‘Maharashtra Maritime Summit 2025’ with a deep sense of purpose, to transform our maritime strength into a powerful engine of growth for Maharashtra and India. The sea is not just a boundary, it has always been a bridge to opportunity and prosperity. That belief anchors Maharashtra's Maritime Summit, where today’s deliberations focus on how our maritime strength can fuel growth, improve connectivity, and place India at the forefront of global trade. Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji has always envisioned a port-led economy. His vision is reflected in the 'India Maritime Vision 2030' and 'India Amrit Kaal Maritime Vision 2047'. Inspired by this, Maharashtra is shaping a bold maritime roadmap, rooted in a coastline rich with legacy, especially across Mumbai and Konkan. Mumbai is said to be India’s economic, commercial, entertainment, and financial capital. But what truly made it the economic engine and powerhouse are its two crucial pillars—Mumbai Port and JNPA Port. These ports played a foundational role in shaping Mumbai’s position. To lead in global trade, scale, speed, and seamless connectivity are essential. Vadhvan Port marks a major leap forward. With the Government of India as the major partner and Maharashtra holding a 26% share, development is progressing rapidly. Port connectivity is being transformed through expressways, access-controlled roads, and stronger last-mile infrastructure, ensuring faster cargo movement across the State. The Sagarmala project, envisioned and driven by Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji, has given a significant push to expanding rail networks and enabling multi-modal access, with strong support from the Central Government through major infrastructure investments. Near Vadhvan, India’s first offshore airport will soon give us a seamless sea-air cargo hub. Our broader vision includes shipbuilding, ship recycling, and a strong push for water transport, especially in Mumbai and the MMR region—to not just boost trade, but also improve ease of living. Waterways remain the most affordable and sustainable mode of transport. As India works to reduce logistics costs and enhance competitiveness, the role of waterways in driving future growth will be pivotal. India is on track to become the world’s third largest economy. The climb to second and first will be challenging, but the path has been clearly laid out by Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji, and Maharashtra is fully committed to leading the way. All ideas and recommendations emerging from this summit will be studied closely and every meaningful insight will contribute to shaping Maharashtra’s maritime policy, one that lifts the State and the Nation towards true maritime leadership. Minister Nitesh Rane and other dignitaries were present. Narendra Modi Nitesh Rane #Maharashtra #MaritimeSummit2025 #Mumbai

Infrastructure, Investment, and Water Conservation – Maharashtra on the Rise!✨ It was an overwhelming moment to be at 'TiEcon Mumbai 2025: India’s Leading Entrepreneurial Leadership Summit' in Mumbai, today. Humbled to receive the 'TiE Mumbai Hall of Fame' award at the hands of the legendary, Infosys founder Narayana Murthy ji. This award is a proud recognition of the governance model we embarked on in 2014 under the visionary leadership of our Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji. Receiving this award today is not just an honour but a realization that our efforts are making a real difference and that we are on the right path together. All these transformative infrastructure projects in Maharashtra, especially in Mumbai and MMR—be it the Coastal Road, Atal Setu, Metro Network, or the Vadhavan Project—have become a reality because of our governance, which turned aspirations into achievements. Every project has been backed by thorough study and dedicated efforts, and under the visionary leadership of Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji, we have worked relentlessly to make them happen. Today, these ongoing projects are set to boost the State’s growth significantly. The 4th Mumbai will be created in the area of Vadhavan which will emerge as a dynamic new city, driving massive GDP growth and creating a thriving business ecosystem. In just 5 years, we planned and initiated 372 Km of metro, out of which 150 Km is now delivered. With each passing year, we will continue expanding and delivering more, ensuring a stronger and more connected Maharashtra. Being recognized for water conservation is a significant achievement. In 2014, 14 schemes were executed by 6 different departments. We streamlined them into one scheme, one leader, and one department, launching the ambitious 'Jalyukt Shivar' initiative. Our goal was to make 25,000 villages drought-free, and the Marathwada region saw a significant rise in water levels. In the 2020 Government of India's Groundwater Report, Maharashtra was the only state to show improvement compared to others. This award also recognizes investments, and once again, Maharashtra has become the top destination for FDI. This year, we have broken all previous records—surpassing our own ₹31,000 crore investment milestone from 2016-17. In just 9 months, we have secured ₹1.39 lakh crore in investments, with 50% of the country's FDI flowing into Maharashtra. Today, Maharashtra stands as the new startup capital of India. We are dedicated to reviving Mumbai’s glory and propelling Maharashtra to unmatched greatness! On this occasion, the Founding President of TiE Mumbai Harish Mehta, Uday Mohan, TiE Mumbai President Ranu Vohra and other dignitaries were present. Thank you Mr President Donald J. Trump for exposing USAID and its funding to subvert Indian elections in the guise of increasing voter turnout out. You have said👇, “$21 million for voter turnout in India. What do we need to spend 21 million for voter turnout in India, wow $21 million. I guess they were trying to get somebody else elected. Well we ought to tell the Indian government. Because when we hear that Russia spent about $2 in our country it was a big deal right they took some Internet ads for $2,000. This is a total breakthrough, $21 million for India elections” Indeed we have been observing huge increase in voting percentage since General Election in 2014 which brought Narendra Modi as Prime Minister of India. Interestingly, Barack Obama was President Obama at that time. Elections in India are conducted by a constitutional body by name Election Commission of India (ECI). Though it is apparently independent of the Executive Government, there is much to be desired about its impartial functioning, of late. The ECI has been reporting huge increase of vote percentages post-polling so as to change the electoral fortunes. Unlike in the democracies elsewhere, in India voting is done NOT through paper ballot but electronically through Electronic Voting Machines (EVM). As a result, there have been huge concerns regarding the integrity of the poll process through EVMs. Importantly, more than alleged tampering with the EVMs which could be sporadic, there are serious allegations about vote percentages increased post-polling by ECI, which allegedly happens by inputting votes into the EVMs after the voting officially ended. Pertinently, there has been strong anti-incumbency against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his party BJP in the later half of his second term of 2019-24. But to utter surprise, in General Elections held in May, 2024 his party won 240 seats. Though short of simple majority in Parliament, he stitched an alliance with other parties and became PM for the 3rd time. Likewise, in States of Haryana and Maharashtra there was a wave of anti-incumbency against the ruling BJP of Narendra Modi. But shockingly in the elections to these State Assemblies held in October/November 2024 his BJP won again. And the ECI had failed to satisfactorily explain the huge increase of vote percentages post-polling, which decisively alter the outcomes. Now the question, which is literally million dollars, is, “Is there a correlation between 'Increase voter turnout Program' of the USAID and 'the increase of vote percentages post-polling' as reported by ECI?” If there is any, it certainly means that the integrity and fairness, and thereby the outcome, of Indian Elections have been subverted, and to quote you, “I guess they were trying to get somebody else elected.” Secondly, India has a law that regulates foreign remittances to NGOs. Astonishingly, the Narendra Modi Government has stopped sharing information on its website about the foreign funds being received by NGOs, and thereby facilitating the workings of #DeepState in India without let or hindrance. Thirdly, it is public knowledge that Bill Gates has been not only a friend of Prime Minister Narendra Modi but also the unofficial Super Prime Minister of India who has unbridled access to every wing of the Narendra Modi Government and been dictating India’s public policies. In your speech you have said, “Well we ought to tell the Indian government.” For your information, in the past 11 years of Narendra Modi Government every institution of governance in India has been so badly undermined, subverted and sabotaged. And there is hardly any uncompromised agency left. Further, being partners and beneficiaries, the leaders of Indian government have all information about USAID activities in India available with them. As such, nothing would emerge from by your sharing of the same said information with the Indian government. Therefore, you may instead order investigation into USAID’s activities of criminally influencing electoral outcomes in India. Thank you. M. Nageswara Rao Former Director of Central Bureau of Investigation Government of India.

Pehle Indian, Phir Oil! As the Indian Oil & Gas family celebrates the 65th Indian Oil foundation day, I wish to highlight an often ignored facet of our energy journey and the silent contributions of our energy soldiers in ensuring that India always keeps ticking, never short of petrol, diesel, never short of gas cylinders, come cyclones, storms, landslides or floods. In the last one year, floods in Assam, unprecedented rains and subsequent landslides in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Kerala, different parts of our country have unfortunately been hit by natural calamities. While the brave personnel of NDRF India I राष्ट्रीय आपदा मोचन बल 🇮🇳, #SDRF supported by other local and central forces worked round the clock to ensure relief and rescue, not many people notice the work in the background that our Oil Companies do on a war footing like #GoodCorporateCitizens to ensure all possible support. ATF supplies were rushed to the forward helipads from places as far as Dehradun, Saraswa and Mohali as stranded locals and tourists had to be rescued and evacuated from hilly areas of Uttarakhand by air due to landslides on the roads. A 24*7 war room was set up Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas #MoPNG staffed by senior officials and our Oil Marketing Companies lead by Indian Oil Corp Ltd to ensure that affected people reached their destinations as quickly as possible. Operations to rescue the stranded was done in a #MissionMode, to ensure that whole of government approach enunciated by PM Narendra Modi Ji, came alive at a time of concern for all of us. Austria's Federal Minister Tests Atal Setu's Emergency Call Box — And Likes What He Hears During a site visit to Atal Setu, India's longest sea bridge, Federal Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism of the Republic of Austria, Mr. Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer, made a surprise stopover at one of the bridge's Emergency Call Boxes (ECBs) Installed at regular intervals, these ECBs are part of the bridge’s quick crisis response infrastructure, enabling anyone in distress on the bridge to connect instantly with the command centre for immediate assistance. The minister, who was accompanied by a high-level Austrian delegation, tested the system on the spot. The response from the command centre was immediate. He and the other delegates were impressed. Later, in a conversation with Dr. Sanjay Mukherjee, IAS, Metropolitan Commissioner, MMRDA, the Minister called Atal Setu "one of the most amazing bridges in the world" and specifically praised the emergency systems in place. The endorsement carries particular weight coming from a nation that is recognised globally as a leader in emergency call technologies. The visit was part of a larger engagement between MMRDA and the Austrian delegation, which also included Ambassador of Austria to India, Dr. Robert Zischg, and culminated in the signing of a Letter of Intent for long-term strategic cooperation across sectors. #MumbaiInMinutes #ReimaginingMMR #MMRDA #AtalSetu #SafetyFirst #IndiaAustria #MMRDAMovesMumbai #MTHL #EmergencyResponse #FutureReady #SmartInfrastructure #MobilityRevolution #EngineeringExcellence CMO Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis Eknath Shinde - एकनाथ शिंदे Dr. Sanjay Mukherjee Austrian Embassy New Delhi PIB in Maharashtra 🇮🇳 MAHARASHTRA DGIPR Infra News India (INI) Indian Tech & Infra PIB in Maharashtra 🇮🇳

According to a report in Lebanon, Lebanese security agencies confiscated four drones that arrived at the port of Tripoli in northern Lebanon inside a container from China a few weeks ago. The shipment, declared as "agricultural irrigation equipment," was registered in the name of a fictitious company. Each drone could potentially carry 14 kg of explosives. The Lebanese authorities are examining whether they meet the technical standards for import into Lebanon. It is worth recalling that one of Hezbollah's main lessons from the war is a significant strengthening of its UAV and drone array. Assuming that the "importer" of the drones is Hezbollah, will the "revolving door" phenomenon occur here as well, and will the "goods" reach their destination anyway? It should be remembered that the relevant security agencies (General Security and Lebanese Army Intelligence) and Lebanese customs are infiltrated by Hezbollah. Lebanon has seven major seaports, with the port of Beirut being the largest, followed by the port of Tripoli. In our assessment, the port of Beirut remains a central anchor for Hezbollah smuggling through the maritime corridor, due to Hezbollah's control over activities at the port of Beirut (a "comfortable work environment" in terms of location, officials from the right community, numerous assistants, and the like). However, realizing that the maritime corridor has become its main route for smuggling into Lebanon, Hezbollah has begun to diversify its use of other Lebanese seaports, such as the port of Tripoli, in order to establish its smuggling array. Hezbollah's maritime smuggling route can reach Lebanon in two ways: The first is direct arrival at one of the seaports. The second: the smuggling vessel will not arrive directly in Lebanon but will stop at an agreed point in Lebanon's economic or territorial waters. A Hezbollah vessel (under civilian cover), departing from Lebanon, will rendezvous with it at sea for the purpose of transferring the smuggled cargo using the "back-to-back" method. Alternatively, there is a possibility that the smuggled cargo will be lowered into the sea using buoys, and then a Hezbollah vessel will arrive to collect the cargo.

When I saw the mask "Tribes of the Calf" from Kanbas I knew I had to make it into reality. The jewelry and gold really made it stand out for me. Since Sam Spratt's The Masquerade was revealed, I have been spending time sculpting and dissecting the mask to recreate it in 3D as faithfully as possible. I delved into the creation of this mask for many reasons. I love a good challenge and this mask surely was one for me. Creating something in 3D from a 2D image is not easy, and especially when the source has generative nature, some stuff is hard to interpret, but I tried my best to make sure the visual integrity of the mask is as close to the original as possible. Splitting the whole mask into parts, filling the missing pieces so I can build the textures was quite a lot of work. I tried to present the mask in my own style with a slightly different colorway to adapt to the mask itself. Please enjoy this short animation, and turn on sound🔊 This piece is my statement that I am here to stay. That I have a voice that often feels being lost in the void. That I have been creating and posting digital art for over 20 years now and will continue until I'm gone. I have a story to tell and I want to be heard. The space we have here is small, and is shrinking day by day. It doesn't have to be like that. We need to support each other and push ourselves and people here, otherwise we are all doomed. As Kanbas has put in their observation of the mask: "Inspirational. Emotional. Natural." This is what our space can be, and this is me making a statement with this homage. I will share a 4k still below as well as a short video showing the 3D GLB interactive model together with a yt link to the 4k video since compression here is pretty bad.
