My first steps in over 2 years....😏

We all take a simple step for granted. You, a step as the first in two years, is humbling....many more steps to you dear chef! 👍🚶‍♀️

Courage!! It’s hard to understand how terrifying a few steps can be when your legs no longer work or behave as they used to. I’m a semi- functional Quad - if i bend my knees I’ll fall. I straighten my legs, try to stand and hope to god I don’t fall - everyday - I use a commode
