Great interview. Just an fyi, Kemper Campbell Ranch in Victorville, CA main ranch house is a duplicate of the Rogers home I'm told, forget by whom. I've been to both, the Campbell Ranch many times as I knew the owners. Was a well known guest ranch for eons back in the day.
