You a 100% can play the game naked by turning off all the post effects. I do not recommend it, but it is possible!

This looks fantastic. I wish the camera didn't move around though, it'd be cool if it were fixed at a certain angle

The gameplay requires you to be able to aim freely. This game will most likely not feature a locked follow camera. But it is more like a third person shooter with cars.
