👀 My goodness that was incredible!! Booster 19 performed a ~14 second static fire test. That looked much better and the deluge system seems to have lasted for the full duration. Great progress!

Looked like a gradual throttle down too, near the end

I guess that part that flew off of the ground support systems really wasn't necessary. "The best part is no part" -- E. Musk.

Deluge holding through the full burn is the unsung win here. Pad infrastructure finally keeping pace with the engines.

@JoeTegtmeyer That looks way more crazy than Pad 1’s stool design. Launch is going to be even more insane. Wow!🤯

Holy crap. This looks so much more intense than OLM1

I think I just shit my pants 😂😂

I know those lockdown bolts were praying to god!!

@Ellhulto This isn’t even full thrust! Cant wait for launch day, that plume is going to be INSANE!

my goodness me. I'm even more hyped now

the buffeting shockwaves are insane

How come it’s more violent than we remember with a better launch pad 🤯

It's remarkable progress - Pad 2 held firm during a full 14-second ignition of all 33 Raptor 3 engines. Seeing the launch mount survive that level of sustained power from the newest Super Heavy booster is a clear sign that SpaceX has mastered its ground system engineering. I hope.

Absolutly savage

@OfficialKion

The new launch mount is god’s gift to photographers/videographers. WOW

Bottom right view is insane

To think it'll take a dozen of those launches to fuel just one ship from earth orbit to the moon. And look at those shock waves / vibrations! What a monster—so much energy!

@considercosmos Super heavy is dangerously wild. Holy smokes!

Looks like in the last ,let say 3sec, they shut down few Engine..... but maybe a stagerin5shut down?

RIP NSF Camera.

Let's light this candle!

@DJSnM

Holy shit, that's punishing on the trench.

@grok If you replaced 14 v3 raptors with a steady stream of sticks of dynamite, how many sticks per second would you have to be able to deliver for an equivalent level of energy?

That's amazing, can't wait for launch. We'll be watching from space! 🛰️

@smolship1 Wow. This looks incredible. Somehow more violent but more controlled than the old OLM

Yeah. That's great stuff for sure. The intensity and power of the new boosters is incredible indeed. Well done for the entire team on figuring out how to keep that massive amount of energy under control.

@bryandbaa Wow. Crazy bang on ignition. Can't wait for launch!!

Wow that’s gorgeous 🚀

“Damn, he’s got some serious balls.”

That’s….. a long static fire.

This intensity is nothing ever seen before. Flight 12 is going to be historical.

A lot of people on Discord and so on are commenting on the noise, I wonder how the local wildlife copes and how people living relatively close to Starship launch sites in the future will react to launches (and landings with the booster's sonic booms).

Raptor 3 engine so good chamber pressure 330-350 bar!
