I had blood clots in lung after a year of everything I ate causing me heart palpitations I didn’t have cancer but you got muscles everybody else flabby

Warfarin for a few and as far as heart palpitations Not a damn thing (pardon my French) had a dream One night when I was sleeping and cause the same heart palpitations feeling as when I as after ate haven’t had them right after eating since

Hey bro, you are so open and honest and appreciate you sharing your experiences. I've very thankful that you are doing OK and you ride shotgun on your health! So many of us as men don't talk about medical situations and keep shit to themselves which isn't good at all.

Thanks Lewis I first got into fitness as a kid and then discovered the gym as a teen to adulthood. I was always open with sharing my journey and the things I discovered along the way. The cancer journey was still a part of my life so it only felt right to show people I’m a human being who goes through things like others. I get tired, I feel pain, I can also get sick. It was important to take people through my journey to show people the mindset and protocols I followed to bring me back to recovery. I’ve found that helping others actually makes me feel good. I secretly do it for myself 😄 There is a certain pleasure in knowing you can help change people’s lives for the better. We all have the power to be good human beings. It’s just a case of “choices and words” we choose.

With you and your awesome body, a lot of people are ignorant and seem to forget you are human and have feelings too along with muscles.

@ddert111 Perhaps the post wasn’t clear. I had cancer in late 2024. This is the aftermath of what medications I’ve needed to continue with.
