Rosemary, coconut and castor - the ultimate hair-loving trio! This rich hair oil nourishes, strengthens and revives dull, lifeless locks. Packed with natural goodness to help you achieve your healthiest hair. In the winter I use it every week and sleep with it over night with a bonnet on then rinse out in the morning. Steps: 1. Harvest your rosemary 2. Clean and dry it 3. Add to double boiler on med heat for 5-10 minutes. 4. Let it cool then strain and store in an air tight container. Why I use these 3 ingredients when making hair oil at home: 1. Rosemary promotes blood circulation in the scalp, which can help stimulate hair follicles and encourage hair growth. The antioxidants in rosemary can also help prevent hair loss by combating free radicals that damage hair follicles. Rosemary also contains antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve scalp health and reduce dandruff. 2. Castor oil is a rich source of fatty acids that can help moisturize and nourish the hair, making it softer and more manageable. It also contains proteins and nutrients that can help strengthen the hair shaft, reducing breakage and promoting healthy hair growth. Like rosemary, castor oil also has anti fungal and antibacterial properties that can help treat scalp conditions like dandruff and scalp infections. 3. Coconut oil is rich in fatty acids and vitamins that can help nourish and strengthen the hair, making it healthier and more resilient. It can also help add shine and luster to dull, dry hair, making it look more vibrant and healthy. Another benefit of coconut oil is that it forms a protective barrier around the hair shaft, helping to prevent damage from heat styling, sun exposure, and environmental pollutants.

Apparently, I saw this video online and I decided to share. What this worker is applying is called bitumen, or what many of us know as bituminous coating. Most people think a wall is a solid, impenetrable block, but in reality, it is more like a sponge. Concrete and blocks have microscopic pores that pull water from the earth through a process we call capillary action. This thick black substance is the shield that stops that water from climbing up into the house. It is not about making the wall look good because this part will be buried under the dirt forever. It is about creating a skin that water cannot breathe through. When do you need to do this? The need for this arises because the soil is a very aggressive environment. Water is not your only enemy.. The ground also contains salts and sulfates that want to eat away at the cement. If this moisture finds its way to the steel bars inside the columns, those bars will start to rust. And when steel rusts, it expands, and that expansion is what cracks the concrete from the inside out. This coating is the only thing standing between your foundation and that kind of slow destruction. Thats is why if you see wet patches at the bottom of your walls inside your house, it usually means someone skipped this step or did it poorly during construction. You can apply this anytime you are building parts of a structure that will stay in contact with the ground. It is common in areas where the water table is high or where the soil stays damp for most of the year. This is a one-shot opportunity. Once you backfill the soil, you can never go back to fix it without a lot of expense and a lot of digging. It is about having the foresight to protect the heart of the building while it is still exposed. Please don’t ignore this if you need to. If you ignore it now to save a bit of money, you will be funding the future decay of your own home. I hope this helps.

🇷🇺 Why wasn't the Omsk oil refinery better protected? 😁🔽 “Ukrainian drones reached the Omsk refinery — the largest in the country, accounting for almost 10% of all oil refining. The refinery supplies all of Western Siberia and the Urals. It is reported that FP-1 drones struck a unit with a capacity of 8.4 million tons of oil per year out of the plant’s total capacity of 22 million tons. The Omsk refinery is such an obvious and attractive target that it was bound to be reached sooner or later. And it was. From the Ukrainian border to Omsk is more than 2,500 km. The FP-1 flies at a speed of 140–180 km/h — that is 14–17 hours of flight in a straight line, but the drone most likely had to bypass air defense zones, so it would have taken longer. That means it took off yesterday evening and arrived today during the day. And this is a slow propeller-driven device that could have been detected in advance, its target could have been predicted, and it could have been tracked all the way to Omsk. In that time, mobile groups could have been redeployed, local forces alerted, aviation scrambled. Twenty hours, after all. Why didn’t this happen? Once again, the answer, I think, should be sought not in technology but in the structure of the Russian vertical of power itself. Imagine officials at all levels, from the Kremlin to Omsk. To organize any kind of defense system, someone has to take the initiative: find resources, involve unusual, non-system people who might be able to solve such tasks, although it’s not certain. Coordinate it with a dozen agencies, agree on coordination without calls to Moscow, cover everything with paperwork so as not to later be prosecuted for misuse of funds. And even after all that, there is still a high chance the drone will break through — and then they will have to figure out how exactly it got through and rebuild the defense again. But the main question is — who will be responsible for the first failure? That very initiative-taking official who made the decision himself? He is supposed to be held accountable for the failure. So he will be removed. By the way, until he showed up, everything was calm, Ukrainian drones weren’t arriving, and as soon as he started being active — they started arriving immediately. Maybe he’s an SBU agent, huh? Let’s be honest — would you, in his place, take on defending an oil refinery?” — Russian political blogger Igor Dimitriev Video: Exilenova+

🚨 I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING NOW!! IRAN HAS JUST FULLY OPENED THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ In just 30 minutes after this post: - OIL dumped -10% - Stocks gained +$800 BILLION - The S&P 500 set new all-time highs The MASSIVE scale of what just happened for global markets is unreal. 20% of global oil supply passes through the STRAIT OF HORMUZ. The effect will be IMMEDIATE and POWERFUL. If you hold any assets: - Stocks - Crypto - Bonds - Gold - Or even the US dollar YOU MUST READ this post before markets explode. Here’s what just happened and what’s next for markets: OIL (Brent/WTI) Expect a sharp collapse in the “risk premium.” If prices were pricing in $25–30 of risk during the blockade, then with free passage, oil could drop 10–15% in a single trading session. And price has already started going down. Oil is now trading at $80. A few weeks ago, it hit an ATH at $120 per barrel. NATURAL GAS (LNG) Qatar is the largest LNG exporter and regains access to European and Asian markets. So that means gas prices in these regions will decrease. For tanker stocks and the insurance sector, this is a moment of truth. FREIGHT RATES The cost of renting tankers and container ships will start to decline. The reason is very simple: the risks of attacks and delays disappear. And now everything returns to the normal scenario. INSURANCE (War Risk Premium) Insurance premiums for ships passing through this region will reset to zero or drop sharply. This reduces the cost of nearly all goods transported by sea. STOCK MARKETS AND MACROECONOMICS This is where the most POWERFUL BULLISH effect lies: INFLATION: Cheap oil = slowing inflation worldwide. This gives central banks (Fed, ECB) a reason to cut interest rates faster. STOCKS (S&P 500, NASDAQ): Markets love stability. The removal of a major war threat in the Persian Gulf is a strong signal to buy risk assets. SHIFT TO “RISK ON” Crypto is the main indicator of investors’ willingness to take risk. When the threat of a global conflict in a key region (Strait of Hormuz) disappears, Capital instantly flows from “safe havens” (gold, US Treasuries) into risk assets. Expectations that the Fed will cut rates faster due to falling inflation (thanks to cheap oil) means there will be more “cheap” money in the system. Crypto loves cheap money. Bitcoin will start rising as a tech asset. Growth in the NASDAQ index (tech) almost always pulls BTC with 2x leverage. This is exactly the time when REAL MONEY is made. And you should track all the updates so you don’t miss the opportunity. But don’t worry, I will keep you updated on everything here. I will post everything before it becomes HEADLINES. When I make my next move, I’ll share it publicly here. Follow and turn on notifications so you don't miss it. And this? This is the very first piece of artificial limestone, YES, CaCO3, YES, hard as f and YES, waterproof, what I made from… Wood ash ONLY!!! 100% caveman tech! Now look at the color of this thing. How would you describe it? May I say it has the color of the pyramids? Hell yeah! Why? BTW: this is just the binder. Add original, natural limestone and fossils and you’ll en up with “natural” limestone. (With a bit of potassium residue.) Any questions? The secret recipe maybe? Anyone interested? Here you go: 1. Burn 🔥 everything around you and collect the wood ash 2. Burn natural limestone (calcination) to produce quick lime Steps 1. and 2. can be combined into one step. 3. Make wood ash lye the traditional way, by dripping drip 💧 water on wood ash and collecting the water that went through the ash. Any vessel will do but an oak barrel is the traditional way doing it. I used a plastic bucket with holes at the bottom. The wood ash lye is mostly KOH and K2CO3. What we need is CaCO3. We need to change the letter K to letters Ca. We’ll do it by adding the letters Ca to the liquid. 4. Add quick lime (CaO) or hydrated lime, slaked lime (Ca(OH)2) to the lye until it stops bubbling in vinegar. (We badly miss a decent video at this point, Marcell!!!) 5. Add (or don’t add) fossils = natural limestone rubble to the mix, stir well 6. Get rid of of the excess liquid through a nub Now any expert can tell you that this will never make a stone because of two reasons: 1. Billions of years and 2. High pressure are needed Well, no. The first point is just total nonsense, and although the second has something in it, it is false. Virtually ANY pressure will make it, including my current technique of squeezing it in a kitchen cloth. I’m not kidding. No pressure- no stone, that is correct. But only a minimal level of pressure, using my bare hands is enough to push the freshly made CaCO3 molecules close enough for crystallization (calcit) to begin. And here we are.

🕊️ The Faravahar: An Ancient Persian Symbol with a Powerful Meaning High on the stone walls of Persepolis, the ancient capital of Persia, you can see a mysterious winged symbol carved into the rock. This symbol is called the Faravahar (or Farohar), and it is one of the most important signs of Zoroastrianism, one of the world’s oldest religions. At first look, the Faravahar may seem like a royal emblem or a symbol of power. But its meaning goes much deeper than that. The design comes from very old Middle Eastern traditions. Long before Persia, kings used winged sun symbols on seals to show divine protection and authority. Over time, the Persians gave this image a new meaning. In Zoroastrian belief, the Faravahar came to represent the human soul, its choices, and its journey through life. Every part of the symbol has a message: 🪽 The wings stand for growth, progress, and rising toward good thoughts and actions. 🧍 The human figure in the center reminds us that humans have free will and must choose between right and wrong. 🔄 The circular shape shows the ongoing journey of life and the balance between the spiritual and the physical world. In ancient Persia, the Faravahar was not just art on a wall. It showed faith, identity, and legitimacy. It reminded rulers and people alike that power should be guided by wisdom, truth, and moral responsibility. Even today, the Faravahar invites curiosity. Is it a symbol of God? A guide for the soul? Or a sign of royal authority? Perhaps it is all of these at once. What is clear is this: the Faravahar is a timeless symbol that shows how deeply spiritual belief and leadership were connected in ancient Persia—and how those ideas still speak to us today. ✨
