My most typical setup for perfusion and reconstruction during #TAAA repair. Distal aortic perfusion with 17 arterial cannula. 21 venous cannula placed under TEE into the SVC. Visceral cannulas with blood and renal cannulas with cold LR/mannitol/steroids. #AortaEd

The viscerals are doubled looped as is the L renal. The left renal has been divided and is below the other 3. The right renal is simply cannulated from inside the aneurysm sac

Tell us a little more about the case so we can learn! I saw a proximal Tevar. Was this case done in a hybrid way? I like to transform a type 2 into something simpler. Do you routinely do this perfusion for type 4? Thanks for sharing #aortaEd
