Steps I did. 1. I upsized my sheath from 22F to 26F 2. Used a long gore sheath (65 cm) 3. Plan was to snare the very proximal portion. 4. If snare didn’t work felt could grab with endoforceps 5. Wanted to get to groin to remove, but was able to completely bring into sheath

My most typical setup for perfusion and reconstruction during #TAAA repair. Distal aortic perfusion with 17 arterial cannula. 21 venous cannula placed under TEE into the SVC. Visceral cannulas with blood and renal cannulas with cold LR/mannitol/steroids. #AortaEd
